Purchase storage through Sears auto 14 years ago, unit still in tack but key broke. Finally able to get a replacement and fits great and cost is fair less than having to change out the entire lock

I like that this key fits just like original key. I will finally be able to use our cargo container once again thanks for having this key!

Will definitely purchase a second one. This is by far the best option out there. Works as it should and the key isn't a small, thin, fragile key. Very, VERY satisfied.

I ordered this for a Sears X Cargo carrier. I didn't want to to drill out the lock so I gave this key a try. For $6 it was worth it.*** make sure you use WD-40 in the lock 🔐 ***This step is in the instructions, but it is essential to make sure your key works. I had to spray mine 5-10 times, and work the key in it for 10 minutes before the lock set loose and they key turned.I almost gave up right before it opened.*** This key🔑 is directional***Make sure you insert it with the logo facing to the left. If you put the key into the lock with the serial numbers facing left it will not turn. This will frustrate and confuse you when trying to loosen up a seized lock.These cargo carriers are always exposed to the elements so the locks seize up during storage. If you need a key, I suggest spraying the lock a couple times before it arrives to get it ready. Then the struggle may be lessened for your new key.
