I have surely learnt one thing after ordering this product not once but twice that one should not always buy every product based on reviews.Being an ardent fan of Davidoff coffee I could not wait to hold that cup with the brand’s hallmark.For the same reason without a speck of doubt I reordered it as a gift to my beloved friend.All of you should go ahead and add it to your collection.

I got the product replace and when i opened it, again found the Davidoff cup broken. The person who is packing the product is not using thermacol between the space of carton n product, the only reason it broke n as it is the second time. Plz help me with the replacement.

Broken coffee mug. Reordered the product after logging in complaint. The second delievery is again with broken mug. Blame it on courier service or whatever, would advice not to order. Might be the coffee mug quality is not good.

I really don’t know how many stars to give as I love this brand of coffee but the mug was broken and I was really really disappointed as were the people who also experienced the same thing. My replacement is on the way hopefully it won’t be broken.

This coffee set is a fragile product which got damage twice. I would suggest it is better to select a different option than battle with this hassle.Thumbs down👎

The coffee is undoubtedly the best! But as far as this combo, I received a broken mug. And since it cannot be returned, i have to keep it this way
