I had a bad fall while snowboarding one year, which knocked my confidence. These padded shorts were a brilliant purchase - I had no bruises following a recent snowboarding holiday (and I fall a lot!). I am really short, so I was worried that they would be too big, but they fit me well. I ordered the S size and my measurements are: 52cm thigh (at widest part), 89cm hips, 85cm waist. Bear in mind that you may need a slightly larger size in salopettes to accommodate them though! The seams rubbed my thighs, leaving some red marks by the end of the holiday, but not enough to put me off wearing them again. I would definitely recommend these shorts.

The shorts fit well and do the job to help with impacts from learning to snowboard. They come with a useful carry case and seem well made and good sizing. Only possible downside is they can get a bit warm, but this is quite useful when out in the snow.

.. just not that comfy, the padding on the back lower portion rubs on the back of my thigh unfortunately. 2nd pair of shorts I’ve bought, the other is a different brand and again same rubs and discomfort but still more comfortable! maybe just me? ..I’m Still looking for a nice comfy ride out ➖⚫️➖

Fit’s snuggly, and not too noticeable under my jeans. Did cushion my rear when I fell backwards while roller skating. Would be good if they did a few larger sizes.

I like that the whole area is protected, so I can concentrate on skating. Would have been even more perfect if the padding extended around the hip area to the sides, however, it is irrelevant for me, as inline skaters fall either forwards or backward, not sideways. Well made, stretchy fabric, happy with the purchase.

Paid for itself in days it kept me on the mountain.Not as slim as the Burton shorts, but a better amount of padding by the looks of things.Managed to bruise my tailbone ever so slightly through these, but could keep riding. I don't even want to know the damage I would've done by not wearing them!

The media could not be loaded. These black "butt pads" are perfect for my 12 year old son starting his ski lesson.  Great fit, easy to put on and very comfortable.

I thought I was delighted with the quality of the shorts but they DID NOT provide protection for my hip when I hit the ice! So now they do not provide the protection I need and I will have to purchase another pair which cover and protect the hips! Very disappointing. And costly!!

Il prodotto è veramente buono. Aderisce perfettamente e lascia libertà di movimento. Proprio come descritto. Ho provato a lasciarmi andare a terra di lato e di fatto protegge anche i fianchi. Attenzione, non è da farci rugby o chissà cosa. Io l'ho acquistato per pattinaggio ed è una giusta via di mezzo tra vestibilità, libertà di movimento e protezione.
