tho i have become proficient using the quartz nail n butane torch....i already love ditching the "torch and wonder method"i'm really enjoying my new 710 eNail a lot! comes impressively packaged with everything needed accept a "rig" (bong) and a gram of concentratemuch safer feeling. easy to use. plug-n-play.....after making proper connections and powering the unit up it arrives at desired temp fast and holds very nicely! creates the perfect temp for tasty terps and creamy clouds. highly recommended "aromatherapy" equipment!please consider watching a quick YT vid on how to season your new titanium nail before use. note image i provided the cup of the nail has deeply bronzed after only a couple days which is normal. - Count Dabula

I got the product knowing it had no reviews but I thought screw it, I'll just try it anyway. Well. I didnt even get to use it once. The controller (at least the one I got) doesnt stop heating up when it's on. This makes using the product pretty much useless since the whole point is to be able to adjust the temperature but I cant do that when when it's going up to 1000F+ when set to 500F. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a bust when no where on or in the package is there any sort of contact info. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because besides the faulty controller, the rest of the items felt like pretty high quality.Long story short, it's a good product if it wasnt for the faulty controller.Take the chance in buying it if you want but dont be surprised if it doesnt work and theres not really a good way to contact them if that's the case

When you go looking for these sorts of supplies, you just hope to get the thing and it is something like what you see online. Right? That is the expectation. No expectationMy unit came to me 4 days early.Within minutes I realized the unit was a bad one. I wrote the supplier an email, within hours they had sent me an apology, got me a new one (on my honesty) within TWO DAYS. They got a new one quicker than it has taken me to get the old one packed up and returned.To the unit, I'll just talk about the new one, I expect this is updated manufacture for them. Good tight connections on a small footprint and the unit do what it is supposed to do, quickly.I spent a fair amount of time looking at heater units and by price, this is about 40% under retail market pricing, so it is a great deal.It comes in a tidy carrying case and all the doodads except the star ingredients.Super pleased with the equipment and the service from this company is PHENOMENAL!!

Honestly this thing is a must have for the daily dabber, or the recreational MMJ enthusiast. The product ships in handy dandy traveling case, which is perfect for extended storage or for when you're on the go. All of the cabling is of an adequate length, so you don't have to worry about tugging on your glass or the controller. The cable for the coils is very nice and braided for extra durability. Sweet spot is 650 - 710 °F. The one CON I have noticed is that the controller temperature reading will go haywire after leaving the controller on for an extensive period of time. This has happened maybe 3 times over the course of 1 month of daily heavy use. I am unsure if this is an automatic shut off, or a bug, but it works as intended after I cycle the system off then back on. This does not have any effect on the functionality, however this could present some sort of danger if the controller goes haywire and temperature continues to climb to +1000 °F range, as glass and quartz typically aren't suitable in that temperature range.

I waited about a month to see how it went. I’m very pleased with this product it is superior to using a torch and for the price you can’t find much a better deal. The seller for this product was to credit for this product I received some extras in my case including a note. Things like this are much appreciated and build strong foundation for return customers, I appreciate this. And I believe they would value owning up to whatever factory issues there may be. But for me I don’t see that being a threat. We’ll see how the following months/ years have in store. Regardless thus far props to the seller for this awesome product customer service and delivery time.

This is my 1st Enail,I've had it around a month and I use it for my Medical Marijuana Concentrates. I'm a disabled Veteran who needs relief. I was using a Banger and torch trust me try this you'll never go back to the torch.... I Do recommend seasoning the nail by Hearing it till its red Hit and Dunking it in Cold water add ice if you wish 2 to 3 time and it's good. Once I found my temp for best hits and easiest cleaning of the nail it's been nothing but the best and the Personal Note from Vickey, was a nice touch Thank You. I Do Recommend this Complete dab Kit the control Unit is Very good use a heat gun for yourself it's Very good I'd order another should anything happen to this say like my Large Dogs tail slapping it off the table and yeah that happen it hit the floor, the control unit and Nail all hit hard tile from flying off the table and it has not had one problem and that happen a week ago so yes I recommend this Product. DO Not Listen/Read or Beleuve the Bad reviews this is a nice Unit and the company is Very good give it a shot you won't regret it.

Price was 10 bucks cheaper than my last setup that still works, I got this one to travel with. It never leaves the house, it randomly stops working or skyrockets in temp. Ruining the reason for the device. Reached out to customers care they wanted to be my facebook friend, so I'll use the enail till it dies or pops the coil.
