Have been meaning to buy one of these for a while, and very grateful we managed to get one. Nice and compact, surprisingly good sound and reception, and okay torch (not the main reason we bought it though). The main appeal was the fact you get 4 different ways to power it - solar panel, AAA batteries (not supplied), USB cable from the mains, or via Power Bank. Very pleased.

I really like this, and would recommend. Only additions that would've been nice are a battery life indicator so you know when to charge it, and maybe a headphone socket, but overall it's really good. Many different uses and many different ways to charge it. I don't review products often, so the fact I wanted to say how much I like mine says everything you need to know! £~30 for something that essentially guarantees you light, updates from local radio, and the ability to charge your phone and is always on, is a good deal in my book!

Brought mostly to play when the horses are stabled or I'm out in the field doing jobs. I've left it out to keep it charged so haven't put batteries in and it's lasting enough for me.

The radio is generally good, however when looking to buy there was a question about a headphone socket, the answer clearly said there is one….not on the one I received. This was the main reason for purchase, so disappointed.

This little radio has met all my expectations. Good clear sound, great to be able to recharge the battery, use the solar panel or wind the generator and save the cost of batteries. Well made and easy operation via a tuning knob and rotary on/off/ volume control. Highly recommend for portability with added features of torch and reading light.

Das Notfall-Radio macht einen guten ersten Eindruck. Über die Langlebigkeit kann ich mich nichts sagen. Alle Funktionen sind im Prinzip selbsterklärend und beim Ausprobieren hat auch alles geklappt. Natürlich hat man hier kein High-End-Gerät. Aber für den Preis hat man alles, was man braucht in akzeptabler Qualität. Vor allem hatte ich nicht erwartet, dass dieses Multifunktionsgerät ein so helles Licht hat. Meinerseits klare Kaufempfehlung.
