Brand New Epson workforce 3720 Bundled with Hotzone360 prefilled sublimation Ciss

I've done a LOT of experimenting with sublimation on mugs, tshirts, & sweatshirts. Ultimately, the paper is what makes the biggest difference. I like the quality of print I get - it's sharp and 'most' of the colors come out how I design them. Some aquas and pinks don't come out as well, but basic colors are fantastic. This was a good investment for the start of my business.

Using with pigment inks and it prints beautifully for photos or t-shirts. Anything I need.

This printer with sublimation ink performs much better than I had anticipated it would. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wishing to make sublimation coffee mugs and t-shirts.

This printer works great with the right software. Don't expect much if you plan on using a cricut to print and cut though. The cricut software does not print correctly. We use Inkscape and photoshop. With these two, the prints are crisp and clean. We sublimated these cinch sacks for our daughters softball team, and they turned out great.

Very disappointed with this printer. I purchase this for sublimation printer and I also purchased the sublimation ink that went to this machine. I set it up and by the way the directions for setting up where terrible and it took me forever to set it up, the ink was a very messy project, but when I finished I was looking forward to printing out on my sublimation paper which I also purchased, and it kept eating up my paper. No matter what I did it eat the paper. I watched YouTube video on this, and I called Epson as well and they basically said this printer was not for that, and it basically would not do me any good to continue with it. Very very disappointed with this printer and have written a complaint to the seller on it. Just waiting to hear back from them. Would not recommend this product.

Bought this long ago for my Wife (May - 2018). She finally got around to installing it on Thursday December 13, 2018. Everything went fine until I got to the last one. Yellow, and it LEAKED everywhere out of the bottom of the holding tank. So now it is unusable until I can find a way to either fix it, or get a new one somewhere since it's been so long since I bought it. Can't speak to how well it works as we didn't make it that far. Tank god I had something under it while filling or it REALLY would have made a mess

Right out of the box I went to put the sublimation ink in. I watched the videos and did everything exactly as directed. The magenta ink cartridge was cracked and I lost my whole bottle of ink. I contacted them and CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY NICE and replaced the cartridge and my ink that was lost. Took a while for me to receive the replacement part. Then I went to finish filling the ink and the cyan cartridge is doing the same thing. Not sure if I just received a “Lemon” or if it’s just a cheap product. Disappointed. I have lost quite a few shirt orders that were depending on this machine. Still haven’t herd back about the cyan cartridge at this time. Really starting to consider just returning the whole thing for my money back.
