This balm is very effective. I was glad to find all natural balm to use for my family. Very effective in allergy season when you have cold & cough. This balm is amazing! I had a horrible, nagging cough that wouldn’t let me sleep at night. It was soooo horrible! I had been taking Delsym cough medicine for a week and yet the cough just wouldn’t heal. Desperate for relief, I looked on Amazon and came across this balm and decided to give it a try. Just two application on my chest and throat cured my cough! It’s truly amazing and everyone should have this in their medicine cabinet!

I have tendonitis in my elbow and this stuff really did help it feel better. It also smells very nice and isn't as over whelming as some of the brand name products. I'm looking forward to trying it for other health issues like colds and headaches.

I really loved Thera but they aren’t in business. This is as good or better. I have a ritual for going to sleep. Nose strip this balm and my tongue snoring “hate to say device” but they are a great trio

This balm is great for sore muscles and for when you have a cold. For muscles I just rub it on before bedtime. I love the smell - it is camphor like with some other herbal notes which make it very pleasant! If you have a cold it feels great when you rub it on your chest and temples. Very soothing and calming.

Shoola Relief Balm has been in my life for the last few months and I have to say I LOVE it. I travel a ton for work and end up on dirty planes and in different temperatures often. I have been using this balm to fight chest colds, sinus issues and neck and headaches. I also have my daughters use it as well. It’s incredibly powerful and a little bit goes a long way! Just remember to watch your hands after use, as it’s a powerful herbal remedy and you don’t want to get in your eyes.

When the seasons changed, I had a little upper respiratory congestion and got Shoola in lieu of using Vicks or another chemical-y chest balm. It smells much better but has that same menthol effect. Then recently I had a few minor cuts from a hiking trip and decided to try it on them, too. The cuts healed in two days, much faster than expected. Maybe it was this balm? I don't know, but when I run out I'll definitely be getting more! Great product!
