Bad quality hose
The hose bubbled under very light usage. Disappointed. The reel seems nice

Previously used and damaged
The product looks good overall, but it was damaged and looks to be previously installed. Package looks good, so it appears to be damaged prior to shipping. I opened it 33 days after shipping so Amazon will not do the right thing and resolve the issue. Very disappointing. I will install and hope it is just cosmetic. Hard to spend a lot of money on something like this and have it damaged when you get it.

Not good for constant use
Overall it's a good reel to be used lightly in a shop. I have had it on my service truck for 6 months now and the tooth for the catch has worn down so much that the reel will not stop and just returns. Quite disappointing considering the Lincoln reels I normally buy are half the price and last 2 years on average with the same usage.
