I've ordered from the Smug range a few times and have found them to be excellent quality. Taken correctly, these really do help with Dettox and weight loss

I’ve used 3 of the Smug programmes Over this year and I have lost almost 3 stone.. my goal was to detox and change my eating patterns than to lose weight ASAP it was an amazing detox and and not at all harsh on my system. It really works the same as Clean 9 and so much nicer taking Aloe Vera capsules than their juice..and third of the price..highly and absolutely recommend

I’ve tried lots of different diet pills I take them in the morning and then just before dinner I don’t feel hungry also I have lost 8lbs in 5days I will be buying again

Brilliant supplements for a low carb diet

Felt very unwell when taking these. Firstly, gastrointestinal issues, but also extreme nausea and headache. Stopped as soon as I stopped taking them. Not worth the risk I think.
