Q: Womens 10.5 w = mens 8.5 w? does anyone know if this is correct? or would the width be different as well?

The size specification of men's and women's shoes differ by 1.5 inch and two-widths. For example the same size of shoe in men's shoe size will be 10, whereas in the women's shoe size it would be 11.5. A mens shoe may tend to be wider then a womens shoe.
