I LOVE these. Effective compression, but not too constricting.
I absolutely love these. I have had trouble with my legs and feet swelling since my 20s, at every weight (from 123 in my early 20s to 220 lbs mid-pandemic). Now at 61 my legs and feet suddenly got painfully worse and I really need to wear compression garments most of the time. I tried one pair of these leggings, and fell in love. As soon as my latest order arrives I'll have 6 of them! Most important, they are comfortable — so much so that at first I wasn't sure they would do much good. Before these I had a few pairs of really sturdy, thick, super-constricting leggings. They felt great for a while, but were a serious challenge to get on (and I have good mobility and strength!), and were just too much after 6-8 hours. Ultimately I rarely wore them, because they were such a pain. And if you don't wear them, they don't help! These, on the other hand, don't feel that much tighter than my ordinary leggings. But they are more springy, if that makes sense. They stretch enough that they are easy to put on, and are comfortable all day, but they have enough "squeeze" to seriously help with edema. My legs and feet were happier from day one.I wear them every day, all day (but not for sleeping). I wear them just with a t-shirt for working out. I haven't really checked, but I'm not noticing any obvious see-through issues. They definitely are athletic-looking leggings you can wear alone, not thin like nylons/tights.When it's cold I wear them under sweats. At the dojo I wear them under my gi pants. I've worn them under jeans for an all-day train trip to L.A. and back, walking around museums, seeing sites, ... I was happy to ditch the jeans for the ride home, but the leggings were comfortable the whole day and evening.I've worn the black ones (but not with the socks) under skirts, for going out. Is that stylish? Don't know, don't care. I think they look fine, and I'm a whole lot more concerned with health and pain-avoidance than I am with looking cute. Some additional details that might be helpful:Note that these leggings go the the ankles, NOT to your feet/toes. Because edema in my feet is a problem I am also wearing knee-high compression socks under the leggings. That's also what's causing the lines just below my knees in the photos - those lines aren't from the leggings.I have the high-waisted (not super-high-waisted) ones, with pockets, in both black and black camo. Totally happy with both. Also, yay pockets! I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max (the big one), in a case, and it easily fits in the pockets with 1/2" to spare at the top. I keep it there when working out. It's very secure, and doesn't interfere with movement at all.Trust the size chart! Don't rely on your usual size. I typically wear XL, but the chart said 4X, and it was right. At the time I ordered these last month I was 204 lb, with 48" hips and 40" waist. I'm down to 195 lbs, 47" hips, 37.5" waist and these still are perfect.I'm 5' 7" tall, relatively long-legged. These go all the way from my natural waist (about an inch above my bellybutton) to right where my ankles meet my feet. I just measured, while wearing them, and that's 40".These are loose around my ankles. Like, baggy. You can see a little "draping" in the photos where they aren't tight. That's great because it means they aren't constricting around the bottom seam, which would actually hinder return circulation. For reference, my calves are 17" at their widest, and my ankles are 11".I machine wash them on cool, and hang them to dry. Machine drying might be fine, but I'm hoping to help them keep their stretch as long as possible.

Great compression!
I like the fit of these, they definitely do compress but don’t feel restricting. I’m a professional housekeeper and these are comfortable during a 10 hour shift. They make my legs and backside look good! The waist is tight but not uncomfortable for me. I ordered an extra small and am happy with the length and overall fit- I’m 5’ 6” and 110lbs. The black isn’t as dark as it could be but it’s has a nice sheen. I haven’t had an issue with sheerness as of yet. Machine wash cold and hang to dry to maintain.

Needed for saggy skin and weightlifting
I think I read every review before I bought these so I'll share my experience.About me: I'm 30, 5'6", 130lbs athletic build. I have a 28" waist (at the smallest) and 36" hips (3 kids!). I'm a lifter, not so much cardio.I've lost 275lbs so I have excess skin on my legs and belly that I need compression pants to hide. I wanted pants that were thick enough to hide the dents rolls and wrinkles from saggy skin and kept my legs tight so I can lift. The fit: I ordered a small based on my measurements. They're absolutely perfect. They are interesting to put on, the fabric is very tight but still stretchy. I knew once I put them on the first time that they would hold everything together well. Once they are on, man they're great! The waist band sits right at the top of my hips, in the middle of my waist. The band is kind of thin so it can dig. Sometimes I'll roll the top down to sit on my hips instead of on my waist but it gives me muffin top from the saggy skin. Baggy shirts necessary then. Also, as with the band, the seams are very tight. So the inner seam in the crotch can get uncomfortable if they're pulled up too high. Ladies know what Imean. But this shouldn't deter you from the comfort of the legs. The length is good, they are a little longer, so someone up to maybe 5'9 would be fine. At 5'6" I have a little bunching at the ankle but it's not an issue whatsoever. The fabric: amazing. Truly! They're so soft and silky and incredibly movable. Again the only issue is the digging of the thin waistband. The thickness is more than I could have asked for, as you cant see any wrinkles or bumps in my legs. Also they're breathable, as I don't sweat very much. I'm shocked.Overall, these are my favorite pants. They're plain black, not shiny at all, I'd say more matte black than anything. So I can wear them to the gym or out to the bar with a cute top.I gave 4 stars because of the seams/band. I know the seams need to be tight to hold the fabric for compression, but the waistband would be better if it were thicker and not a thin strap. Otherwise these pants are 100!

Great Fit
I like the way these fit, bout a medium. I'm 5ft 8in. 128. And medium is a perfect fit. These wash up great, hang to dry. Highly recommend.

Not a compression pant
These are leggings. No real compression like the ecd3 or skinz.

So comfy!
I sized up as the measurements were hard for me to figure out - and I am always worried that things will be too small. I know they are returnable but I wanted to wear them.I am keeping them even tho they are not adding any compression - because they are now comfy leggings.I will order another pair later in a smaller size.
