Came in perfect condition and isn't missing anything. I can finally watch this amazingly cute anime whenever I want!

Good news for anime fans in Region B. This 5-disc blu-ray set is supposed to be region-A locked but can be played on my region B player. I do not guarantee, however, that it will be the same with your player. Thank you, Sentai. Sure, I have a region A/1 player but want to spare it, not knowing when I would be in the USA next to buy a replacement.The anime is a good fun, good to turn off your brain for a while to forget all the bad things happening in the world.The Squid Girl is very hard on Sanae, who is in love with her. Every attempt on Sanae's part to be intimate with her is rebuffed violently: Sanae is always knocked down. For a while I thought "poor Sanae", but it occurred to me that the manga author and anime makers may be teaching the young readers and audience how to cope with sexual harassment: the only way to discourage harassers is to rebuff them resolutely and on the spot, not twenty years later after the offender molested dozens of women or boys! Absolute zero-tolerance is the only way! What Sanae does is no other than stalking and sexually harassing the Squid Girl.I particularly enjoyed the episodes with the mini Squid Girl - so cute. I must also mention the good price of mere $31.42 for 5 BD, for which the Section 23/Sentai must be highly praised. Compare that to the Lupin III series!

Went into this as a blind buy, and I can say I'm genuinely surprised. DVD quality was fantastic and the show overall feels wholesome and with some decent jokes. It does feel a bit stretched in some scenes, but Overall viewing experience 8/10.Definitely recommending this to a few friends.

Entertaining

I'm not a big fan of anime, and of the anime I like it is I guess called "slice of life". I don't know how I found out about this one, nor why I watched it, but I'm glad I did. I watched it on crunchy roll and sat through all the ads, often the same add for the same anime over and over. I think I saw a single commercial 13 times consecutively waiting for Squid Girl to continue. Thus, I got the Blue Ray.The Blue Ray plays in the US (I don't know if that is an obstacle, but I was worried about it when I bought it). The extras are kind of skimpy, but I think that is common with anime.I gave this 4 stars because I really enjoy the show, and "Ika Musume" is a great character. As some youtuber reviewing the show pointed out, Squid Girl is a great character, the cast around her though not so much. But, it is her show and the show will either be good or not depending on your reaction to the invader from the deep.I held back a star, that's how much I like this show, because there is a change in voice actors between season one and two. I really never got used to the change, nor over it.

Arrived in really good condition and I’m honestly surprised considering I thought this LE was already out of print.

The series was funny, enjoyable and I'm glad that they describe the anime as having an English dub (past experiences didn't give in description, so it was always hard to tell). I was really surprised when the 4 day delivery (from America to Australia) turned up the day before stated and it's much faster than online purchases made through JB HI FI Australia (which usually end up taking a month which is a considerably shorter distance).

I love this anime it’s nice and funny and the art style in the anime is great I like it.

Ein Anime, der leider nicht die Beachtung erfahren hat, die ihm eigentlich gebührt.Er ist super lustig und echt gut gemacht. Bei mir läuft die Region A Disc auch, wenn der Player auf Region B eingestellt ist.

Arrived today after 4 business days of the order date. Some tear on the outer plastic wrapping of the product. On the DVD pack, one of the swinging trays was damaged luckily the DVD's were unharmed. Everything else in the package was excellent. All the extra goods are as advertised. A definite must have for anyone who enjoyed this TV show.

海外版ブルーレイが見れる環境で、イカ娘が好きと言う方には是非ともお勧めしたい・・。第一期と第二期とOVAも全て収録されてる上に「ちびイカ娘ショートストーリー」もしっかり収録・・その上「日本で放送されたイカ娘関連のCM」まで完全収録されてるって・・・どう言う事これ！？海外製品なのに！？それでこの値段？日本版のコンプリートBOXでもここまでやらないだろ！？いや・・これは驚きました・・・画質も良いし・・因みにDVDでのみだったOVAも全てブルーレイ画質で収録されてますよ。追記因みにアニメの中の｢Englishじゃなイカ!？｣と言う一話、日本放映版では日本語字幕があったけど、この海外版では「一切字幕なし」！！所謂「栄子の気持ちが良くわかるバージョン」・・・まぁある意味「字幕なし版」は日本版ブルーレイとかDVDとか無さそうなんでレアっちゃレアなのかも知れない。

画像も良い！俺は国内向けのDVDからの買い替えだったので画像の良さに感動(^-^)v字幕はポジションを一番下に下げれば、たまにちらほらと出てくる程度で､気にならないよ😵買いだね✨
