I have been buying A Cup a Calm tea for a while now and it’s definitely one of my favorite teas. It is a mild tea and it helps relax you and tastes great

One of my favorites before bed.

I love it. Makes me wind the day down, I dont know how much of it is psychosomatic but Ill be buying more in the future. It tastes great and I find it to be perfect with a dollop of honey. My cat also doesn't seem to care for it (I was hoping he'd like the catnip lol).

I bought the Lemon Balm and Cup of Calm at the same time. I can't decide which is best, so have to conclude they are both wonderful. Both are so calming and have a wonderful flavor. I love these just before bedtime. I sleep so much better when I have a cup of these teas.

Tastes good but didn't really relax me at all...
