Dangerous Threads Black Studded Belt- 1 1/2" - Nickel Pyramid Studs - Punk, Goth

First of all, the sizing makes no sense. This belt is MUCH smaller than the description in the auction. I bought it extra long because I wanted to wear it sloppy-loose 80's style. But that's mot possible. And the studs, are only on the back of the belt, and a tiny 1 inch section on the front. It couldn't look more STUPID!

What a disappointment! Metal studs are only on back half of belt, making it dangerous from the back only.I tried it on ONLY ONCE and the "leather" began to delaminate, leaving ugly wrinkles on the front surface. ( see picture) I don't know what would happen if I actually wore it.Suggested size leaves the small patch of studs on the front awkwardly under the belt loop. See picture. Save your money!

So I'm a dork and ordered a size M (Think these are men's size) which wasn't a huge deal I punctured a hole to fit me, I also bounce back and forth from skinny to fat so it's perfect. Right now I'm a size 6/7 in women's pants, I'm 5'7 1/2 and 132lbs so if you're smaller than that definitely shoot for the small. Other than that the belt does the job and keeps my pants up, doesn't feel extremely cheap either. I'm pretty happy with this belt!

If I could give this product a 0 star rating I would. As a side note I purchased this belt before a hot topic and didn’t have any trouble getting the right size. But now I hate this product and the sizes are wrong. I was ordering it for my Halloween costume and I selected the size that said S-M-L-XL, I got a small belt that didn’t fit. Then I reordered it and selected the size that said Medium, I got an XL and it doesn’t fit because it’s to big. This is so stupid and a ripoff, the size chart is wrong and misleading, I can’t believe I wasted over $30 in total to order this belt 2 times. I would never order this again. Also the amount of studs on this belt is ridiculous, 99% of the belt is blank and the studs the cover the 1% of the belt are on the back only. You’re better off using a rope instead of this piece of junk.

The belt is cool. I thought it would be too shiny but it’s not. It’s just your standard punk rock belt which is whatcha want. The studs are staying put. Only one has fallen off and it has been three months. For a guitarist, that’s pretty good. The leather is decent and is breaking in fine. It’s less shiny in person which is good. No one wants a bedazzled punk rock belt and luckily this one is not. It’s a good enough belt. I wish it wasn’t so damned expensive but apparently the whole internet was out of these except some sketchy listings. I figured I’d pay a lil bit extra Bc this looked to be a better quality and it’s decent.

Idk why the metal studs are held to the leather by easily bendible metal flaps. This kind of depressed me because I thought of all the sitting and bending of the belt, that would eventually work the metal flaps of the studs and then they will fall out. Totally should order a size up from normal since the sizes run smaller. I knew the leather was fake and that didnt bother me, fake leather can hold togethor for a good time while it looks worse but it will hold. The studs Im a bit disappointed in how easily they could be yanked, squished since they are hollow and really bendible and are held to the leather by bendible thin metal flaps. But I guess I should have known. Sometimes cheap stuff can be well made to actually last you but not be good quality.

This belt is absolute garbage. It completely fell apart after 2 days. It is made of two thin sheets of leather that are glued together. The leather separated at the buckle. Also, the pin shifts from side to side, falls through the ring and unbuckles itself.

This is obviously a very cheap belt. I don't expect to get more than a few uses out of it before it breaks. The fake leather is really thin. I won't be buying this again.
