Worked great out of box. Love the no battery solution. Also easy to install and with 2 receivers makes it easier to hear with one in front and the other in the back of the house. The only thing left is how long it will last since this is the first day of use for me. Gave it a lower rating on weather because I don’t know yet.

Works great, looks great.Gotta say, though, it advertises over 50 “tones”, but 48 of them are thirty-second song clips. I expected a variety of true tones but was ultimately disappointed. I like ONE of the options in the end. Well… two, but as much as I love ‘My Heart Will Go On’, I don’t want it to be my doorbell.Additionally, there is no need for the second chime other than as a backup, because unless it’s within 5-10 feet of the button, it doesn’t receive a signal.

Just installed one on my tenants covered porch and mine. So not sure about being waterproof. But i do like the idea of not dealing with batteries. As i have bought plug in door bells in past and batteries seem to not last long and than doorbell quits. So time will tell, but it says lasts 20yrs

I discovered at the last moment my existing doorbell circuitry/button/chime was not going to work for this Halloween. Not good timing. I came across the Aurtec wireless doorbell and ordered it, hoping for prompt Amazon delivery and no surprises. Got it the day before Halloween, and tested it on the kitchen table, and (drum roll) It worked perfectly! Installation was a snap, as one could literally put it up in five minutes, with NO exaggeration. The button can be mounted to the wall next to the front door with the provided double stick tape. The TWO door chimes simply plug in to any two receptacles in the house where you will most likely hear them. No worry, because, as I found out, they are very loud. I opted to use the provided screws to mount the door button instead, so it took me a few more minutes, but also not an issue. Bottom line, the doorbell came through Halloween like a champ, with like over 100 rings. So thanks to Amazon and this fine seller for saving the day.Update: 8-1-2020Still works great. We like to change the chime tunes with the seasons or holidays now. Just takes a minute or two to scroll through the provided familiar tunes.Update: 1-30-23This doorbell works as well as the day we put it into use. Plenty of deliveries here, just like any normal house, yet no issues with the button outside or the ringer inside. We still change the ringtones according to the seasons.

I loved the fact that the doorbell does not require batteries. Extremely easy to install. It is loud enough to be heard from any room in the house.

Very easy to install, works well. Put one receiver downstairs, one upstairs. Don't care for all the crazy rings, just the simple doorbell is fine for us! So far, a good product1.MSR

Loved this wireless doorbell! I picked black & gold. No batteries, just plug inside unit into outlet. Looks so nice at front door also. Works perfectly and so many choices for ring sound, although I picked the typical chime. Volume perfect! Highly Recommend!

30 seconds from the box to in place. I am in the country and thought that people might not recognize the push button as a doorbell seeing it looks very different than the usual ones. No issue, next 3 people to the house used it.Too bad the ring is so techno rather than just a standard bing-bong. I tried every tone - all of them suck so we used the standard tone. No memory so if you move the ringer it resets to tone 1 anyway. I have used or played with other models, the sounds on all of them are crappy to listen to. Good volume, clear sound, just not a pleasant sound.

This doorbell work great. Good range considering the sender doesn't use a battery. Looks nice and neat as well.

For the price it is a pretty good product and the installation was no effort at all since there is no wiring to do. The only draw back is the 2nd unit which is in the basement under the door only works maybe 1/3 to 1/2 the time and the one upstairs works most of the time (around 8 to 9 times out of 10). But since I haven't had a working doorbell for years it is a much appreciated solution and it is loud enough that we can still hear the upstairs one clearly downstairs.

Pretty much exactly as discribed - 2 recievers - one for the house - one for the shed - joy.

When choosing a chime, you must go in one direction. There's about 50 chimes. So if you hear one that you like but you want to listen to a few more, you can't. You must listen to 49 of them before you reach the one that you liked.
