Fits well, cools well, doesn't get in the way, doesn't collect sweat, doesn't weigh a lot - it's a great vest for outdoor labor, biking in the heat, and you can even keep your air conditioner off at home! Between the money I've saved biking to work and the money I've saved keeping the aircon off, I'll have more than payed for this vest by the end of the summer. It just takes so much less energy to cool a person than to cool a room.

great product
Awesome product. I have lupus with heat intolerance and ride on the back of a motorcycle. This keeps me cool in high heat and it lasts for what you need. Mine came with extra set of cooling freezer bags so one can be kept in the ice chest while wearing the other. I highly recommend. Ive even used it while push mowing the yard.

Not recommended
Vest is cheaply made and don't buy if you are bigger than 180lbs. and 5'8". The ice packs freeze solid. Other ones I have freeze into a gel. Freezing into a solid is like running or working out with bricks next to your body. Shipping charges are ridiculous both ways.

Fantastic item
I am very heat intolerant and can't go outside in the Florida heat during the summer. This vest made my going out possible. So glad I bought it!
