Most importantly, the waist/length are as requested (38 waste, 11 in inseam in my case). They do have a thinner leg which is good for my chicken legs. Material is paper-thin however and almost feels like a swimsuit. But for everyday hot summer just knockaround shorts, these are a good value for the money these days and I'd buy another pair. I'll try to write later about how well they are holding up after a few washings.

We live in the south, and it is very humid. My husband works outdoors, and is always searching for the most comfortable clothing that allows for moisture wicking. The shorts are the best we have found, yet totally worth every penny. They fit well and they look wonderful.

Although they are more expensive than the sort of standard dickies shorts, which I also have, I like these shorts as an option for when j need something lighter, especially for a hotter day.

I'm writing this after wearing them for all of about 20 minutes but I can tell already these are going to be a great buy. No more squeezing when I sit down and the little bit of stretch in the waist is perfect for tucking in shirts. I will be buying these forever!!

My son is 6'3 and slim. So hard to find longer shorts. The size chart is accurate and these shorts fit him well. Thanks to the seller for indicating the inseam length! Also, very importantly, the pocket is big enough for his phone! The fabric is light and comfortable. Now he has something to wear to golf or dinner instead of his basketball shorts. A great pair of shorts!

No issues, I just returned because they were too short for my liking and the waist is not a 38.
