Bladder control works!
My husband, age 76, takes this product and I love it as much or more than he. He now sleeps thru the night & does not have to get up at 3-4am anymore due to bladder. He sleeps all night thru until 6 or 7am daily thanks to bladder control, which has melatonin included in the ingredients. He gets a sound sleep & so do I!

Results still uncertain
After 2. Months of use, I'm not sure of its effectiveness . My nighttime frequency is reduced somewhat, from 3-4 per night to 2. Sleeping has been unaffected. I can't say I sleep any better.I'm gonna keep on it for another month to see if results are sustained.

This will help you sleep
This bladder control product is an excellent sleep aid. You sleep until you hafta get up and pee, so I am not sure how much bladder control there is.

Didnt work for me
I get up several times a night and looking for some relief so I had some high hopes for these capsules. After taking the recommended dosage for one week, I did not notice any difference. It did not help me with alleviating my frequent urination urges.
