I have thick, curly hair that is on the coarse side and when the weather is dry, my hair looks super dry. This is when this pomade really works smoothing the ends and moisturizing. Also, it works to use it to sort of "set' a smoother look if used while drying. It has a little wax in it, so it is not just thick oil, so for thin hair, it would work to really hold hair in place, but it might be weighty. It works well with thick. Tancho pomade hairdressing smells good w/o being overly scented, too. I love TONCHO products, and so glad I tried this one!And the customer service dept. is awesome, too!

Tancho pomade holds "stubborn" hair in place and it has a fragrant smell also. Many times I also use Tancho pomade with the Tancho Tique stick, especially when I travel because it is very convenient to put in my cosmetic bag. I have been using Tancho for more than 20 years.

I have been using this product for about 9 years. I am African American and it gives my hair a great sheen and controls all the little hairs and gives me great waves. It's the best.

This pomade is excellent. It's light and very greasy but also the stickiest pomade I've ever felt. The smell is nice it smells like candy canes. Plus it's the shiniest pomade I've ever seen or used you're hair really shines and glows with this in you're hair. Rated a 11 out of 10 lol!
