Incomprehensibly Horrible
This camera may be great but there is really no way to determine that. The app, software, interfaces and instructions are incomprehensible. Here are a few examples:+ The instructions provided are for a video doorbell+ Where is the power button? Don't kill yourself looking, there isn't one even though it is mentioned in the "instructions". After some random poking/prodding I determined that if you press in on the "ap/wifi" slider switch the camera will go into pairing mode+ You must (problem #1) enable location mode on your phone for the camera to detect your network. (problem #2) you have no way to choose which SID the camera will use. I somehow just picks one. If you want to deploy this to a segmented or guest network you are out of luck. (problem #3) you can't pick the network or change the SID. It is read-only. (problem #4) you can only config the camera for a 2.4G network. (problem #5) you have to use "common symbols" for your network password... "within 30 bits" whatever that means. (problem #6) "will the camera be "deployed in mainland china"?????huh???+ Camera tries to do some sort of "audio" communication with your phone to configure so you need to enable your phone mic for the UBell app so that it can "talk to your phone". Another head scratcher.+ If the config fails (which it did every time I tried to do it) there is absolutely no information provided for why it failed. All I know is irrespective of what I tried to do, the config fails so the camera is in a box and RMA'd back to Amazon.

Underwhelmed..
My car was stolen from my driveway so I needed a good camera solution . I saw these and thought how great it would be to have no wiring to deal with. Reviews were good. I bought two. I configured them both, both connected ok. One was hit or miss on picking up motion and neither would pick up motion well outside. I mounted one outside and tested the notifications and it would not pick up the motion of me walking around in the front yard waving a jacket. Sent them back. Not effective security for me. Picture was good. Solar charging was good.

looks like a pro, but it is not
I bought 2, one for each viewing area to cover my house front, but the viewing width still not wide enough, two way audio is good, video quality is good too, few things not working for me which are motion detection and app feature. you have to get very close to initiate a push notification and recording video, sensitive in app setting is high already, sometimes even recorded no movement at all, i watch couple of minutes no intruder or even birds fly by, no clue what's wrong with this motion sensor. app is really simple, can't do too many things except live view and playback recorded video and talk. solar part looks ok, during the days testing it, my area is raining and cloudly, it so far still get charging.

Filled up with water and killed the camera after 30 days
I'll start off with saying that mine may have been just 1 bad item, but the long story short is that the case filled up with water after being installed for 30 - 45 days and completely killed the camera.Overall we really liked the camera and I'll list the Pros and Cons below, but I'm very disappointed that water got into the housing and killed the camera. My wife bought the camera while I was overseas so it sat inside our house for a few months before I had the opportunity to install the camera. The install was very easy and our initial impressions were great! The picture quality was excellent and we were very impressed with the night vision quality as well. I installed the camera on a tree in our back yard overlooking our dog pen and our storage shed. It has rained for probably 90% of the time since I installed the camera about 30-45 days ago. We noticed that the camera stopped working a couple of weeks ago, but attributed the outage to the lack of sunlight for it to charge. I finally decided to go check it out when it didn't come back up after a couple of days of good sunlight. I was shocked when I pulled the camera down and could see water in the bottom 1/3 of the camera lens and I could hear and feel the water sloshing inside. This wasn't just a little bit of moisture... it felt like the bottom 1/3 - 1/2 of the camera was full of water. For a camera that brags about being water resistant and outdoor rated, it failed miserably.PROs from our experience:- Excellent Picture / Video quality- Excellent Night Picture / Video Quality- easy setup- Adjustable solar wings to maximize sun exposure throughout the dayCONS:- Camera case filled up with water and killed the cameraI haven't decided if I'll spend the money on this one again and see if ours was a bad batch or go with a different vendor, but giving it a 1 star since it completely failed the weather test.
