I am always a bit skeptical when buying jewelry and my last Amazon purchase of a "supposedly" real 14K gold chain was extremely disappointing. It broke after 2 months, no warranty help, and was cheaply made for the cost. This new purchase is excellent. It is very shiny and looks great with my cross pendant. The clasp is very easy to grab and latch on. I am hoping the 24K real gold plated holds up with color and shine, but overall, I am very happy with the purchase. Company seems committed toward customer service & warranty of their products. I will definitely buy again from them.

This is an elegant piece of jewelry at an unbelievable price. The item accentuates your wardrobe - and while visibly heavy - is very lightweight and mobile. I purchased this item as a gift for a friend, and she could not be happier. I like the gold and bronze accents as they shimmy off the light in any room. This is a fine product and I must recommend Lifetime Jewelry for their excellent craftsmanship, quality, price and attention to detail.

I bought this chain over the summer. It arrived quickly and looked good for the very reasonable price. However, the chain broke within one month. I sent it back for an exchange, per the exact directions on Lifetime's website. It was delivered to Lifetime in August. I have emailed and called many, many times, and I never get any response. I am extremely frustrated. Apparently the Lifetime guarantee is not a guarantee after all. I do NOT recommend this brand and would never purchase from them again.

I bought this for mom for Mothers Day and she loves it. I looked around for awhile wanting to buy a solid gold chain but those prices while worth it just weren't in my budget. I don't feel like I've settled at all when I received this chain, it is beautiful. I almost didn't tell her that it was not pure gold, but I did, can't fib to momma ;) She agreed that it is beautiful and she wears it often. Its only been a short time so I can't attest to its longevity but I have confidence that it will look great for a long time, and that lifetime warranty covers it if it doesn't. Its a win all the way around. I bought the 2mm because she didn't want something too big, this size is perfect for her cross pendent or wearing alone.

The rope chain is very well built, and is worth the value. Follow instructions and it will be a rewarding purchase. The consumer service is very professional. The seller is genuine in selling and replacing their products. How can you lose with the outstanding warranty? Follow instructions the rest is done. I support Lifetime jewelry products and services , and highly recommend their system.

This is a beautiful necklace of superb craftsmanship and very expensive looking so a great value for the money! I purchased my necklace years ago and had a small problem with it - I hadn't saved my purchase info so I contacted the company and they were able to find my info and sent me a brand new necklace and oh yes the new necklace also has a lifetime warranty! Their customer service was truly outstanding!

This was a great gift for our 13 year old son. He wanted a gold chain, but for his age a solid one is way too expensive. This looks like the real thing & he loves it. I only gave 3 stars, though, because it was a birthday gift and never arrived. He got it a few days after his birthday which was disappointing.

Received this via Prime delivery. I had looked at many necklaces, found that solid gold was way beyond what my pocketbook wanted to pay. This product attracted my attention because Lifetime said that it had 10 plated layers of 24K gold. I cannot prove that this is accurate but the necklace is gorgeous. It looks like gold and the brass base provides a similar weight to gold. It looks and feels like a more expensive chain. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase. For the price...it seems like I am wearing the real thing. Another plus: Lifetime Jewelry offers a lifetime warranty if you register the purchase on their website.
