FXC Waterproof Marine Boat Rocker Switch Panel Gang with Dual USB Slot Socket + Cigarette Lighter LED Light for Car Rv Vehicles Truck

Bought this to make a new control panel for my boat. When I received it, it looked like a decent product. I wanted things wired a little differently than the prewiring, so I pulled the pre-made wiring off the switches. To my dismay, when pulling the ground wire off of the switches, 3 of the 6 actually pulled the connection tab completely out of the switch, rendering the switch useless (only the ground tab was ever pulled out, none of the others). Knowing this, I am going to replace the other three switches also because I don't trust the switch integrity. Basically, I paid $50 for a cigarette lighter, usb charging port, and a voltmeter (hoping they still work). Not real happy with that.Would not recommend, especially if you ever need to change the wiring from the pre-wired configuration.

No instructions, and the fact that the voltmeter stays on unless a master switch is installed inline is pretty lame. I ended up just unplugging the meter all together to save battery. The switches functioned properly and didn't have any issues with the on/off

Been on my boat for a couple months now, everything is working well, switches seem to be good quality. Only problem is the screws rusted the first time they got wet, I was surprised they didn't send stainless screws for something advertised as being waterproof and for marine use.Update. the 12v plug has completely rusted up as well, the switches still work but I am doubtful they will for much longer, I don't recommend using this on a saltwater vessel or something that isn't covered at all times.

As others have mentioned, when trying to remove a pre-wired connector, the spade may pull out. I was able to push mine back in.I didn't care for the instructions. I hooked up just red and black which makes it work as expected with switch on turns light on. Yellow and blue make the light be on all the time.I wish the wires in the back of the unit didn't stick so far out. I put this in my cargo trailer and had to build a frame that sticks out from the wall in order to use it.

The measurement aren't really clear and I dont like that there are 2 fuses on the panel that are shared between a pair of the switches. I wanted to fuse each switch independently, I tried to remove the spade connector from one of the switches so i could run each switch to it own fuse but the male spade pulled out if the switch. once i fixed that and gave up on refusing for the day everything worked as it should.

The switchback is good however the backing is flexible, which makes the switch is not aligned properly if you're mounting on an uneven surface. Also if you try to unplug any of the connectors from the back of the switches they break off and you have to take the switch a part to fix him. Kind of expensive for the quality of the build

Switch looks great, and functions well. My only complaint is that the LED on the dual USB is constantly illuminated. But with a few modifications I was able to use the first rocker switch to activate and deactivate the USB hub.Instructions received with panel are extremely vauge, and to be honest I didn't hook up the yellow ground wire and the switch still functions 100%. Would have been more helpful to have a simple sheet of text that explain the wire colors and their purpose.Will update review if any problems are encountered.

The panel looks nice and has everything I need with it. However the installation instructions left a lot to be desired. I am very comfortable with wiring both low and high voltage and a little info on wiring options would have been great. It's in and everything works but it took a couple trial and errors to get things the way I specifically wanted them. Otherwise it would have been 5
