Solid as a rock
I have wanted one of these for years as they provide a more realistic body punching tool when doing padwork. Holding hand pads at approximated body range just isn't the same thing. They are also very good value for money, with most equivalents being considerably more expensive.The one probable negative is that they are only really suitable for slim people like me and would either require a bigger size (which they don't appear to come in) or bending of the actual body of the belt to make it fit a larger girth.

Poor quality and poor seller interaction
Very disappointed with the quality of the belt. Completely out of shape and impossible to use.Found the seller to be very difficult when requesting refund. Would not recommend.
