Fast and easy service
I provided the details of the product that I purchased, and the date of purchase With a simple Screenshot. I told them What happened with the product and why it was no longer working and that was it. They sent me a shipping label. I sent it back and then received my money back.

Please Do Not Buy
No Stars. Pure Trash. I bought it for a car a/c compressor that i purchased. Compressor was installed but didn’t work. Contacted them, they stated they would send replacement and no need to return the old part, 2 weeks out and the new part still hadn’t arrived. Contacted them again and they said they have no record of that claim but still didn’t investigate or file another claim. Please, please don’t waste your money because I did all of that and Amazon ended up sending me a new part and I’ll just have to send the replacement when the new part is installed.

Bad Solar Panel
I had a solar panel, that went bad after a 1 1/2 years of use. I had it insured thru Asurion. Filing a claim was easy, and as soon as I shipped it to them for warranty, my Amazon refund arrived via email. Can’t ask for any better service. Highly recommend!!!

Worth Every Penny! Don’t think twice!!!
Don’t think twice about buying the Assurian warranty. I bought a pool pump last year and it didn’t work when we were opening the pool last weekend. I was really upset that it would malfunction after one year. Then I remembered I bought the warranty, I contacted them and the full payment was deposited into my Amazon account within minutes.I am so glad I purchased it. I plan on covering any new large purchases I make in the future.Thank you 🙏
