This company is selling you a knock off or they added cheap product to the bottle. It doesn’t smell like the real L’Oréal Professional conditioner. DO NOT BUY! It’s FAKE!!

Really disappointed. I used this product for at least 20 years.This one is different color and really bad quality!I am pretty sure this is not an original L’Oréal profesional product.

I suspect that it’s a counterfeit product because the smell is different from the authentic . It smells toxic! Beware !

I love this product ! I have long hair pass my waist and its frizzy this product controls my frizzes. Can not live without it!

My long thick hair became fine, stressed and tangled due to nutrition issues.With lockdown it was difficult to get a product to help asap as a quick fix to protect it.Didn’t quite look like the substance or texture i was expecting but......After a shampoo and rinse I applied this conditioner, a good scalp massage and gentle massage to the ends then leaving for several minutes, combed with ease with a wide tooth comb and rinsed off. Hair soft and much more manageable (not flyaway or frizzy)Comes in a nice large bottle.Really happy...it saved the day 😁

It has made my wife's hair shiny and soft. She has been having problems with her hair due to her time of life but this has sorted it.
