This is definitely not stainless steel, it was tarnished on arrival and left the water in the sink grey and the sponge black when washing for the first time. There's no way I would risk my dog licking whatever manufacturing residue is still left on this cheap rubbish, let alone put this in my dishwasher with my own dishes. Please read the other reviews, I wish I had.

This bowl slowed my dog’s eating to a normal speed. I didn’t want anything too tricky and fiddly for him like a maze construction as he’s a large dog. This is perfect. He still enjoys his food, but finishes at the same time as his companions now which has certainly helped his digestive system!

My dog has been bulking his food down for ages. I’m so glad I bought these for him. They’re doing the job well at slowing his eating down. He likes them too. They’re easy to clean, great quality and value for money. They’re also quite strong and sturdy. Very pleased.

Rather expensive for what it is, but it was the only slow feed bowl in this size and dimension I could find as it needed to fit in a stand. The product itself has slowed my dogs esting a little, I feel those maze like bowls maybe better for a particularly greedy pooch. All and all it does what it says on the tin.

Cannot really comment on this bowl as I found my dogs nose was too big for the bowl, not only did it slow down her eating, it almost stopped her. She couldn't get the food out. My fault entirely as the bowl is well made and good value just a bit small for an English bull terriers nose.

Our small dog was eating far too quickly - so we selected this bowl as it fits our food&water stand. Fitted perfectly and has been very effective at slowing his consumption - its harder to measure the food quantilty so we use his old bowl and fit the new one. Recommend this for small dogs.

I like this bowl, as it fits into our feeding station. However, the lovely shiny, chrome look finish has quickly faded on the inside of the bowl and it has become dull, next to his other bowls. The underneath finish is fine, which makes me wonder if they put the finish on the wrong side.

This is an amazing dog bowl.it has helped our two Dobermanns slow down their eating habits. It fits nicely in their raised holders.
