This filter is much better than I anticipated. I live in an area where the water is highly fluorinated. The smell always puts me off never mind the taste. This filter totally removes the smell and the taste. The charging and use is simple. The time it takes for filter with its pump is a couple of minutes as opposed to hours on the gravity filters. The quality of the pitcher is surprisingly good. Very happy with this purchase. Well recommended. I use this a lot. Let’s see how long it lasts.UPDATE- this water filter is extremely impressive. I use this filter a LOT and t's still working without any issue after months. I strongly recommend you buying it. The quality of water is very very good and its available in 2 minutes. I was looking for something to take the metallic taste out of my well water and this product did it. I wasn't sure it would because no reviews mentioned that. The water tastes great after this pitcher filters it. This pitcher is very well made, easy to use, and looks great. I am going to save a lot of money not having to buy bottled water and that will also reduce the bottles going to the dump. Read the instructions before you use it. Run it three times and pour the water out each time when you first get it, before you start keeping it to drink. The top of the pitcher twists off and on. I am so very pleased with it. It came partially charged. I was able to make 2 runs before charging it. I just took the top off and carried it to my PC and plugged it in the USB port. It didn't take long at all to charge. I have used it probably 10 times and I haven't had to recharge it again yet. It filters around 32 ounces of water at a time. The instructions say it takes about 4 minutes, but mine doesn't take that long. I really love it!

Not only does this pitcher remove bacteria (and some viruses down to 0.1 microns,but it also removes a majority of total dissolved solids which usually requires a more expensive under the counter RO system (reverse osmosis)..It doesn't have the sweet water taste of an alkaline water picture but they leave or add minerals which produce scaling in electric kettles.So far I am impressed with this filter pitcher.

This is an amazing filtered pitcher. I've noticed that since using it for my tea, that the teapot does not collect as much mineral deposit settling at the bottom. My plants are also getting less "chemical burn" marks on the leaves, so they look healthier. I wish they made a larger pitcher cuz I would definitely recommend it.

The taste improved from my sink water but it has a chemically aftertaste that I couldn’t tolerate so i only used it once. Also you get these weird hair like floaties

Straight up, I remember drinking out of the hose as a kid and that water was so delicious. Not anymore. Even tap water out of the faucet is gross. Our refrigerator has a water dispenser. That water is cold and delicious. However, whenever I need water for boiling, it takes a few minutes to get it that way. Also, my husband prefers room temperature water. So a water pitcher filter system seemed like the best solution.First thing that needs to be done is to make sure it's fully charged. It actually charges by USB, so that's really cool. Second thing that needs to be done is to fill up the pitcher 3 times and fully empty it 3 times BEFORE drinking any. This is very normal. Everytime I change the filter on the fridge I have to do this as well.One of my favorite things is the cartilage life indicator display. You know exactly when to change the filter and when it needs to be charged. No guessing games.On a full charge we have gone through 12 pitchers of water and it still doesn't need to be charged yet. It takes about 2 and a half minutes to filter 32 ounces of water, but we constantly keep it full.The water is clean and fresh and I don't have to worry about what my husband is drinking. I also noticed our food tastes better with the cleaner water. Same thing when I heat up water for tea, hot chocolate or Greek coffee.The pitcher is easy to handle and doesn't look out of place on our countertop. I've had a couple water filter pitchers over the last 20 years and this is definitely the nicest one I've owned.

Seems to work well and is made very high tech. Unlike other methods that remove everything and leave you with sterile water. This just filters out what you do not want. The minerals still go through. Looking at their website they have over 130 patents on their water filtration. So far so go. Battery lasts a long time before requiring a recharge and that is pretty fast. 8/5 Well the replace filter LED went off and had bought a spare when the pitcher was purchased. Installed and the LED will not change from red back to green? Contacted them on Facebook and no reply? So not sure if the first filter was really in need of changing. 8/6 Fixed! was able to reset by unplugging the battery inside for 30 seconds.

I've had name brand filtered water pitchers and they've always leave a weird after taste or if left out for longer than an hour it would taste as if the water went bad. With this pitcher, while we try to leave it in our fridge, there have been times that it does get left out. However, whether it's cold or room temperature, the water that comes out of this pitcher doesn't have a weird or going bad taste to it. Filling this is really easy, just before using, you do have to soak the filter. Once done, just fill the pitcher and the water goes through this pitchers and fills the bottom part of the pitcher by itself. With our last pitcher, the water was not being used that much but with this pitcher, I feel as though we are constantly refilling it because once someone pours a cup, other people want a cup as well. The pitcher does fit in our fridge but what's nice about this is it doesn't take up much space in the fridge because of it's shape. Great tasting water and it's filtered.
