the pump works well, charges quickly. mine came with the on/off sticker/button set way to the side of the circular top - sloppy. the USB connection was offset as well. poor quality control on this brand. i'll keep this as a backup and try a different brand.

Absolutely beyond my expectations. Easy to charge with the USB and long lasting. Decided on the pump because it got too hard for my husband to flip the water bottle onto the crock and impossible for me. The pump is simple to operate, just push a button. I don't know why I didn't do this years ago.

Super convenient and easy to use but metal "straw" is flimsy but easy to connect back to pump.

Great little gadget.for the price. It does not seem very durable but for a small office environment everyone treats it kindly so hopefully it will last. Super option if you don't want to invest in a traditional water cooler but need bottled water for coffee, etc.

I used for a short time after charging it. When I went to charge for the 2nd time it would not charge. Stopped working now.

Easy to install! Super convenient. Even guests loved it. Rechargeable. Hubby loved it! Perfect for the lazy man who doesn't want to put forth the effort it takes to pump. Lol

A little noisy, but much smaller than manual pump. Easy to install and initial charge has lasted for 2 weeks

Works great! Easy to charge and a good flow comes out. I suggest it to anyone if they are looking for an alternative to expensive water dispensers. I do not use the heated water feature so this works great.
