Don’t take these they are dangerous and toxic, even following extremely low doses I ended up in the ER and am still experiencing effects

Pretty Good
These Indian Nut seeds are a CHARM! I’ve gotten less bloated and use the bathroom way more. They DO work. Just be close to a bathroom. Your stomach goes down , and it detoxes you basically , do cut the seed in tnt 3/4 pieces and up more each day. But just remember to cut them always. I love the seeds with a warm glass of water or tea. I 100% recommend. Stay on a diet too though.

Don’t get it if you’re allergic to antibiotics
Since I can’t return, I’m putting a low score because no where at the time of purchase did I read about caution to those who are allergic to antibiotics, I’m allergic penicillin! That should be highlighted or somewhere!Waste of money

Terrible
I was excited to order and get this but drinking this stuff is probably like drinking poison. Wow, it is terrible. I followed directions to the T and gave it a few chances over again but it never got better. Something happens to your throat - not sure what- and it gives you like a gag reflex... I dunno, I threw them away. I don't want anyone taking these things. They are like poison and so bitter. If you need a laxative that will make you throw up this is it... Terrible product... sorry..
