Boutique Republic Womens Maxi Skirts Collection of Various Print Skirt - Long Skirts

For reference I am 5' 9" and about 155 lbs. and I bought an X-Large based on reviews that said it ran small. I purchased the skirt with the code of KS-OF that has a multi-color tribal type print, and it definitely runs small! I expected to have plenty of room since I went up a size but it was very fitted in the hips. I could pull it up more so it sits more at my natural waist, but then it would sit at ankle length when I prefer it to skim the tops of my feet. I would recommend ordering at least one size up to have a "normal fit" for an hourglass shape and then another size up to have a loose and comfy fit or if you have wider hips. This skirt is a bit see through, so you may want a slip to wear under it. The colors were beautiful and the skirt seems to be well made. Overall, I would recommend this product, but it does run small.UPDATE: I purchased this months ago, and it does stretch out over time. However, it stretches out TOO MUCH! The waist band has lost its elasticity and I don't wear it anymore. It was cheap, so I can't complain. If you plan on wearing it less than 10 times (vacation, etc.) then it's probably worth it, but this won't be something that you'll keep around.

I bought two sizes because I liked the pattern so much. I wanted to make sure I found the one that worked best. The skirt is LONG. I'm 5/'4" and I have to fold the top over (on either one). The length is sooo long that I can make it work as a strapless dress. Not a bad thing, but I'm not going to wear it that way. I get lots of compliments regardless and as long as you know it's a really long skirt, you'll love it.

Way WAY too sheer. Reading the reviews on fit being too small I ordered several sizes up and now it is way too big. The photo gave me the impression the skirt would be more lavender than grey which is what I wanted however when it arrived it is obviously more grey than anything else. Keep in mind the fabric is ultra thin thus the skirt is super sheer but a bold pattern may hide that. For the price however, you will get a great skirt.

Material was okay - would be better if they make it a reversible skirt with a solid color on the reverse side where it is 1/4" longer so that when worn on the PRINT side the solid color will peek out from the bottom. This alleviates having to wear a SLIP which women will appreciate and it makes it more practical and ready for travel.

This is a very lovely skirt but its just too long for me. I am only 5'2 and its for someone a foot taller. I like it so much I will hem it. I am keeping it. I have to let you know its lovely! I order a 2X I believe. Its more like a large. I will save it as I am working to lose weight. I can also alter it for my 14 year old daughter perhaps. She is a size medium. She maybe can wear it next year, who knows? It a nice deal and I am keeping it.

With the low price, I was not sure how this was going to look quality wise. I bought the orange striped one - color seemed true to picture. I knew it could run a little small - I usually wear a 6 at clothes from Macy's so I bought a medium and I'm glad I went up a size. This is really a cute skirt and I will order another color. I am very please with the quality at this price range.

I absolutely love it! I hate buying clothes online, because things don't fit the way they should. Like 98% of the time. But this fit true to size, and looks awesome! It hangs right, it doesn't ride down, or bunch up. The colors are bold, and beautiful! I love it, and I will be buying one in every color!

This skirt looks exactly like the picture. The colors are very pretty and it fits great. I took 1 star off because the fabric is a little sheer but for the price is good quality.
