Great for aquarium lighting.
This product is exactly what I've been looking for. I used it to mount my ecotech radions xr30s to the cieling (aquarium lighting)Just as good as the name brand ones for a fraction of the price. I would recommend to anyone trying to mount lights.

Works as advertised
These can easily hold more weight than advertised. I usedbthem to hold a reefvtank lighting hood up. Adjustment is easy but they hold securely.

Simple, clean and very easy to adjust
simple, well built and very easy to adjust in multiple places! kit came with 2 sets which means you can suspend 2 lights... I only needed one but still worth the low price with how good the install looks.

Very annoying
This had these tiny microscopic metal balls in the base part that connects to the wall. The metal balls dropped into my fish tank and my fish ate it. I kept losing them because they are the size of a ball point pen tip. I got frustrated and threw them in the trash. Hopefully my fish will poop out the metal balls and not die.
