Not worth your $30.00.
All of these five stars are too good to be true,I can give you a few reasons why, when I 1st got my it feels cheap,I charged it up and try it out,it doesn’t have enough light output for its claimed,it’s more like 100 lumen instead,to make a long story short,my last exactly 90 days and it stops working, now it’s useless,My conclusion is spend a little more money on some other brands out there,it’ll be worth it.

Hybridlight once again exceeds my expectations.
It's bright, lasts a long time on a single charge, pretty durable and is really well made. Dropped it several times accidentally the first day I used it at work. Fell onto pavement when getting out of the truck and also fell down a set of attic stairs and it showed no signs of coming apart. Hybridlight makes a great product. I have one of their first models that was only 15 lumens and was solar charge only but also took those small flat batteries the size of a quarter. That's been over 5 years ago and it's still working great so if this light is anything like their older ones I expect it to last quite some time. It can also be used to charge your phone as long as the flashlight battery is above 20%. For this price it's absolutely worth it because I use 3 AAA batteries every three days in my other light for work and this one recharges by just sticking it in the dash while driving or using the USB cable provided (micro USB in case anyones wondering)

End Cap
This has a good light, quite bright & wide, but I could not get the end cap off to charge the flashlight as directed, except with a wrench and then it was difficult as well, so tight is the end cap as to seem super-glued. They are sending a replacement, I hope it doesn't have the same issue. I need the flashlight very soon for a trip where I will be navigating in the dark. I've had the black hybrid flashlight with fewer lumens for many years and like it a lot but it is growing dim. It has stayed charged for years by keeping it on a window sill.

Received the wrong product
I received this dinky black flashlight about 3 inches long when I ordered the camo colored hybrid light that is supposed to be 6 inches long with a solar charging panel on it. The panel on this black one is another light, not a solar panel.

Misleading
In order to rate this light at 300 lumens they focused almost all the light into a small beam. With a very dim flood it makes the light almost useless.I would have rather had 100 lumens less and have a broader beam with less focus on the little tiny center.

My most favorite flash light
Have had 2 of those for the past 3 years, just bought 2 more. Old once still work fine. Using mainly for camping and around the house. This is the only flashlight that I know of which on first button press turns on on low and I love that. You don't need max power all the time and it hold the charge very long. I have never had it's battery dead and I probably have charged them just a handful of times and we do use them constantly

Well built and very useful
I bought this unit to take apart and use to modify a house number sign, but I fell in love with it as I tried it out before cannibalizing it for parts. The low beam is as good as a normal flashlight, and the high beam is phenomenal for range. I think it's a joke that there is a reflector around the LED! LEDs emit light in a controlled beam and don't require a reflector to collect all the sideways and backward light from an incandescent bulb. I haven't tried the solar recharge yet, but I can tell you that the inside is filled with electronic components, so some complex engineering went into this unit. Now I've got to pick another model to cannibalize.

This flashlight is better than just good.
I followed the instructions for a full intial charge. I haven't needed to recharge it since. The light is brighter than most LED flashlights when using the high setting and the low setting is good for most applications. The price is very reasonable. I have a number of different flashlights but this would be the first choice if I had only one choice.
