Excellent images and night vision from this bargain of a trail cam.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I have now had this trail-cam for a few weeks as I always like to ensure I have fully evaluated it in action before I review products. Firstly for those new to trail-cams, I can assure you the manual is pretty much superfluous as the onscreen menu and handy quick tips guide printed on the inner lid are more than adequate to guide you through setting up and usage. For those that (unlike me!) do read the manual though a quick flick through seems to show me that all settings and menus to have clear and concise instructions and if you are still unsure I know from previous contact with the team at Victure you will received a reply to your query in very little time at all.I have purchased a fair few of the trail cams and after my original purchase of the 12MP HC200 and witnessing its super quality night vision I then purchased the 16MP HC300. Whilst it gave superbly detailed night time videos (I could even clearly identify insects many metres away walking in the grass!). Also, unlike the HC200 this featured the LCD screen on the same panel as the camera allowing capture areas to be more accurately defined, but I still wanted better day time images and so then purchased the 20MP HC600.Though really good at shooting action images and stills in my opinion lacked somewhat in night vision with images even on the lowest illumination settings seemingly too bright and slightly washed out, added to this it also recorded on an older video format meaning my Mac had to convert every video prior to me being able to watch these on the computer. This the very newest version the "HC100 mini" however has kept all the best parts the last Generation full size camera (amazing night vision, IR illumination, image quality, improved daytime stills etc) and combined them into one. At only around 2/3 the size of the last generation and using half (x4) the batteries whilst still giving similar battery life this new HC100 is a godsend anyone with multiple cameras and rechargeable batteries!!Another thing to take into account is that being of a smaller form factor and the rear mounting location this newer version can now be placed much, much closer to the ground (at least 5 cm and sometimes as much as 10cm lower than the previous generation trail-cams) and as most of my cameras are being used to video the local hedgehog community this is a major plus as I can now get down and dirty with them! The only minor point to note (for those who have previously purchased these trail-cams and are looking to replace this on a previously installed mount) the mounting point has changed location from the base to the back meaning the mount may have to be adjusted/redone. This also has another drawback in it is more difficult to perfectly line up the shot as mounting the camera can change its position, but as I said this is a minor point and does not detract from the quality of this camera or its images. In summary; at this price for a trail-cam of this quality it's a bargain! The improved form factor, high quality day & night vision images and decreased battery count (whilst still providing similar runtimes), make it a must for anyone new to trail-cams and highly recommended to those looking to upgrade an older version.I have included a few images from it but please bear in mind due to work hours I have not had chance to set this camera up in best position and so it is far too close to the target and therefore has compromised some image quality (apologies) added to this my nightly prickly visitors sadly appear to have now gone into hibernation. I will however update the video and pictures as soon as I have moved the camera to a better location and recorded some better material to do this camera justice.

Great Picture Quality, Great Item and Great Price
From the start this Wildlife camera has been simple and easy to use with Great results! The setup is simple, just install the batteries and memory card as directed turn on and set up with is for the main part just the date and time. The menu on the camera is simple and easy to follow setting, it can be set up in so many ways depending on what your wanting the wildlife camera to catch or do.Over the few weeks I have had this wildlife camera I have tested it in all kinds of ways with different set ups and different weather conditions.Happy to say that no matter what weather conditions you have this camera out in, it Preforms like it should whether it be hard frost, heavy rain or high winds.I can also happily say that the wildlife cameras insides even with the heavy rain and high winds are well sealed, but easy to access for set up.For the different set ups as you will be able to see from the pictures, I have various types of images taken but I have chosen my most recent favourites to share. These images show single images being taken, night-time and a time-lapse picture which makes a lovely picture on its own as it was turning to night.Main thing I liked about this camera:Long Lasting battery lifeEase of useDurableGreat Picture qualityPortableSo, in short if you want a Great Wildlife camera for a great Price, I highly can recommend this one.

Great for the price.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Great for thirty quid. Image quality is not the best and is a bit washed out when using the night vision but thirty quid! The motion detection is really good and captures animals from far away. The battery life is excellent. I had mine in the woods for five nights and still had 90% battery left. Use good rechargeable batteries though. All in all I'm chuffed. Come on, it is a miracle that you can get something so good for so little.

Overall a good wildlife camera, at an excellent price.
This is my first wildlife camera but have used SLR’s, DSLR’s and other digital and non-digital cameras for many years. On unpacking the Victure Mini Wildlife Camera it looks and feels well built and solid, starting the camera is straight forwards and 4 AA batteries and turn the switch on, run through the initial settings, mainly the time and date, strap it to a tree in the garden and off you go. In the pack you also receive a mount to fix to a wall or fence. On use the pictures are clear, so far I have some great photos of our cats in the garden, the built-in screen is handy to check both the positioning of the camera and for a quick view of the photos, but you need to remove the Micro SD card and put into a PC or tablet to download and view them on a good size screen.Overall a good wildlife camera, at an excellent price.
