Not for small wrists
Let me say first that customer service is great. They emailed me right away to see how the product arrived and ensure that I had no issues with it. The sleeves are too big for me and they are one size only. This is the reason for 4stars and not 5. I responded to the email and asked if the product would still work properly if the sleeves were loose. They told me that it would not and advised me to get a refund. I am not going to return them though as I use them higher up on my forearm instead to help with muscle fatigue that I get being a dental hygienist. I use them while working as a preventive measure and so far I have been enjoying them. They are light weight and do not cause me to sweat even with long sleeves over them. If these ever come in a smaller size, I would purchase them and wear them on my wrist. For those out there that have smaller wrists, keep it mind that these probably will not work for you.

If you're a gamer get these
I didn't get these because I have carpal tunnel, I got these because I game on my PC. Whenever I come home from work, I like to game on my PC. Whether it be Battlefield 4, Skyrim, or any other game, I usually play at least an hour or more each day. Well, my wrist would get sore from sitting on my desk while using my mouse. So I first bought a gel wrist rest, and while it was nice for day to day web browsing, it inhibited my aim while playing first person shooters. So I decided to get these and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I no longer get sore when playing, even after hours of use. I just keep these next to my keyboard whenever I'm not using them, and when I get on my PC I simply slip them on. I can't recommend these things enough. For around 13 bucks after shipping I no longer have wrist pain. Also, as a side note, don't worry if you have small wrists. I was worried that they wouldn't fit because I'm super skinny but they are one size fits all, even someone like me. If you're a PC gamer and your wrist hurts when you're on your PC, get these. They're well worth it, I promise.

Ok - not as great as I would have liked.
I have pregnancy-induced carpal tunnel in both hands and bought these in hopes that they would alleviate some of the numbness I experience, especially at night. I have a desk job where I'm typing at a computer most days so there's little I can do to adjust my lifestyle. They work ok. I was wearing them on both hands throughout the day. I've switched to wearing a stronger, more stable brace on my dominant hand (right) and one of these on my left at night when I sleep. It varies night-to-night how well they work. A few nights ago, I had no numbness, but last night I had a totally numb left hand midway through the night. They aren't bad, but just haven't had the results I was hoping for. Great price and fantastic communication from seller.

Didn't work but did work
So here's the deal. I can't wear these on my wrist, they're too big. They don't compress my wrists at all.Now you might wonder why I gave three stars for something that doesn't work.I injured my ankle a few months ago. Dr's can't find anything wrong, but when I step sometimes I get really bad pain. So I slipped one of these around my ankle and had no issues. Wore it while moving too, not a single issue.EDIT===I'm dropping this to two stars. When I originally purchased this item, it was Carpal Tunnel Wrist Compression Sleeve's. Now that I wanna buy it again, it's not.

Durable with the right amount of support
Great product. Just bought a second pair for backup as I easily misplace them. I have tendonitis and symptomatic carpal tunnel issues in my right wrist and these bands provide the right amount of support without cutting off circulation or causing numbness over time. I wear these every day during work (programmer) and they have helped tremendously. I'm now able to work without my tendons feeling like they are on fire. I have had mine for over a year, and the elasticity is the same as the day I bought them. They will stretch ever so lightly over time, but washing restores them to their original tension.Pros:* Durable* Right amount of support* Keeps elasticity* No odorCons:* Colors: No options. Solid black would be nice to match more with clothing

I'm a dog groomer and have been feeling like I'm developing carpal tunnel or some other wrist problems ...
I'm a dog groomer and have been feeling like I'm developing carpal tunnel or some other wrist problems from the constant repeated motions and straining that comes with my job. I can't really tell if they are helping that much, maybe a little. I can't really wear them when washing dogs but I try to put them on when I am blow drying and clipping them. It may just not be enough support for these tasks, but hopefully it's helping a bit from fully developing these issues.

Too big for smaller wrists
These would probably be great for men with larger wrists but are about 1-2 inches too big for my wrists. They do work better if I pull them up farther on my forearms to where I am actually getting compression, and many wrist problems stem from the elbow so I feel like that does help a bit if I am having wrist pain. It is better than nothing. It was too much of a hassle to return so I kept them.

The elastic is tighter at the edges and the middle ...
The elastic is tighter at the edges and the middle has less support. They are too tight for me to wear for long periods. I went with the Futuro sport wrap around wrist support instead. I have weak tendons and I was looking for a light weight, light support alternative wrist band but it didn't work out.
