Ronseal woodstain.
I often use this woodstain and.I find it does a proper job.It dries very quickly and it is better to apply it in the same manner to obtain an even finish.Water based so no headaches. I have also used it indoors with good results. Outside on windows and doors transforms older paintwork with the correct preparation of course. A good woodstain IMHO.

does what it says....etc
I`ve had a garden table that has needed re-staining for some time and now that we are in lockdown I decided to take the plunge. Delivery was good, well wrapped and on time. The secret is in the preparation, I sanded down the whole table, first with a 80 grit orbital sander then used a 120 grit palm sander. Next I wiped it all over with some white spirit and then when dry sanded again with a 120 grit, but very lightly. Because we had those few days of glorious sunshine I put the first coat on in the evening and left it until the next day to recoat in the morning and then again in the evening, although the tin says to leave four hours between coats. It has come up wonderful and even she who must be obeyed is happy with the result, brownie points for me then!!

The best I've used.
Excellent product, dries quickly, water based and good coverage. Not cheap but probably virus inflated. Used on wooden window frames, doors and a bench. All good - recommended.

Nothing to dislike here. Easy to apply being water based. Covers well with a good gloss.
