I just started using this and I’m glad I decided to try it out! It is wayyy easier to use than my old one, which uses a clip-on style (don’t ask me why I chose that before). So far this already feels so much more comfortable and I don’t feel like I’m going to break it every time I move or go to the bathroom in it. It’s very easy to adjust and feels like it’s effectively shaping me slowly. I’ll write another post if there are issues or if I don’t see any improvements. I also got this for my back because I have lower back pains especially when I work at my desk (even though I stand at my desk for the most part). It’s nice cuz I feel like my body is slowly benefiting while I’m working. The only thing I noticed so far that is a negative is that the velcro is kinda hard to pull off, but I realized it’s probably like that on purpose so that it stays put and holds everything together without coming apart.

I have been through roughly 3/4 waist trainers in my fitness lifetime and wanted to try a strapless version this time around. So glad I did. The material is very durable upon the first wrap..... and on top of that, the second wrap is even more durable and secures everything right in place. It doesn't give me that flimsy bendy feeling, and is ideal for what I've been trying to accomplish. So far, I've used it three times... twice during an actual workout / run , and once at night. I woke up feeling like I've been doing planks all night.I highly recommend this. You dont have to over-tighten it to get a super secure feel, and it looks like it's definitely designed to last through some intensity training.

I bought the Medium. I’m 5’3” 128lbs. My waist is 28 3/4 inches. This is my first time using a waist trainer. I wanted to try and get a more defined hourglass figure. I feel like I could have gotten the Small because the Medium seemed a bit big when wrapping the inner layer. However, the outer sides can wrap past the main middle velcro and stick with ease if I were to cinch it that far.

I absolutely love this waist trainer. The material is great, its so easy to put on and adjust. My husband and I both use these and the results have been amazing. I lost 5lbs just in my 1st week of wearing it. Now I am down 15 in just a month. it's great for working out but I can wear it at work and I even put it on when I'm just cleaning around the house. Love this waist trainer it definitely was a life changer.

I was starting to sweat 5 minutes in. This waist trainer kept my posture perfectly. I was snatched. The curve says it all. It did fold down just a bit but I think it’s because I was wearing it while driving.

This is by far my favorite and best waist trainer I've tried. It works wonders for me in maintaining my curves especially in the abdominal area. I love everything about it and how effective it is. Worth it!

If you wear it for too long you will get red bumps. Heat rash? maybe.

This is a very nice waist trainer/back brace. It's taller than most which is ideal to get all the rolly tummy bits under the belt. I am 5'3" around 150 lbs and the medium is almost too big. If I lose another 10 lbs, I'll need to size down.

I thought it was my new doormat, smells horrible. Then I realized it was the ‘leather’ part on it. Ohhh, my gosh. I had to go and washed it…hopefully it will be ok. Still smells not too good but I put some peppermint oil on it…let’s see how it turns out. That smells was killing my nose and not knowing it was around my waist. I haven’t seen any results yet because I just got it today. My daughter says her work…so I have to keep wearing during the day
