BRAVO COMPANY BCM Gunfighter Q - D SLNG MNT

I am very impressed with this purchase. I prefer keymod because the fore grips tend to be lighter, handier and not hard on the bare hands, something all pic rails simply cannot do. However, accessories are sometimes poorly done adaptations of the pic rail line.That is not the case with this QD attachment. It is light, strong, smooth, easy to attach and use. In short, it is everything a QD attachment should be and nothing it should not be. Well Done, Bravo Company!

This is a VERY NICE, VERY LOW profile keymod QD mount! There are others out there that might cost less, or are "lighter" because they're constructed out of aluminum, but none I've seen or tried are better. Some are more than twice the size and can create big bump points on your handguard. It's so small, the weight delta between steel and aluminum is insignificant. Yet it's steel, so it's strong. The three position rotational detents (or 6, depending on how you look at it) provide maximum flexibility in sling angle for different applications.One reviewer reported that this BCM GUNFIGHTER Q - D SLNG MNT by Bravo Company does not work with Magpul's MS4® Dual QD Sling GEN2. Not sure what s/he was doing wrong but it works fine with mine! Following the instructions, being sure to insert the sling QD swivel into the mount before final positioning and tightening is important because some QD swivels are "deep" enough that they protrude through the mount and into the keymod hole in the handguard. If you tighten it up with out assuring the holes are completely aligned, that might give the impression it doesn't work with Magpul QD swivels, but it does. It's also necessary to rotate the swivel in the mount until the bearings lock in the detents, but once locked it is rock solid.A great swivel mount! Thanks BCM!

Built like a tank but light as a VW bug. The limited swivel action is critical when using a sling. I did not realize this since I always used standard military 2 point military slings while in the service. Tried a 360 degree swivel mount and the sling became twisted on the first shouldering and unslinging. These will prevent the sling from twisting when you shoulder and switch left to right shoulders, etc.I bought keymod because I am not a bearded operator, and my days of black ops are over! If you are able to break your hand guards or this mount, then you have fallen off a roof with your rifle.These are now my go to mounts. Easy to mount, secure with zero wiggle.

I needed a Keymod QD mount for my AR. I was first a little hesitant about paying $22 for this; however, upon receiving it, the machining quality and tolerances of this adapter made it worth every cent.It is easy to install. Just loosen the screws with the supplied wrench, slide the mount onto the rail, and voila!A great feature of this mount is that it locks your sling swivel’s orientation to they way you want it.This mount in conjunction with a quality sling swivel makes a great addition to your rifle setup.Highly recommend this product!

The BCM Gunfighter Q-D Sling Mount is a excellent mount. I have this mount on 2 uppers and it works great on both. It is low profile, lightweight and holds my Magpul MS4 sling very securely. The only downside is the cost, it is IMO a bit pricey for what it actually is. However I still bought a second, so I guess I think it’s worth it...

I haven't put the product to use, but I imagine that it's going to do fine. However, it would have been nice to provide a little guidance on installation. The way my rail is built, it wouldn't allow for me to partially install the screws and slide mount into place. Not only that, but I couldn't even slide the mount in and then install the screws. I finally figured out that the threads on the screws were just a bit larger than the narrow areas of the KeyMod holes. I was able to slide the screws into the narrow ends at the base of the screw flange, place the mount over the screws, and then tighten them down. If you don't do it this way, at least on my rifle, it might lead you to think that it won't fit. After mounting it, I'm happy with it. Currently, that is the only reason for 4 stars. After I find the right sling, I may come back and update my review.

Worked like a charm. BCM makes quality products, they are a little pricey.
