Good quality and going strong!
Thus tape measure has definitely paid for itself in the time I’ve used it at my job now… it’s a blessing to have found such a good quality tape measure for such an affordable price for me! I’m so happy with purchase I’ve told everyone at work where to get one! 🤘🏼

Nice tab feature in design
The end of the tape has a nice tab/hook option for one-person use. A nail, hook, or screw can be placed with this hooking on end for tape pull.

works good
not bad but I dont think it will last the over 100 yr my GDa's did. I bought this one b/c My Gba/s broke a few days ago at the 67' point. It was in a metal case that could be taken apart. This is cheap plastic that will b/co brittle over time and break. GHDa's case is still in good shape it was the old tin tape that gave up. He bought it in 1917. I will still use it for short runs of under 33 ft. Just ro put some duck tape on tyhe end so it would not go in when rewinding it.I have many things my Gda bought and they all still work even the Electric things

Perfect for my job
This is a very high quality, easy to read and extremely portable 100ft measurer. It’s surprisingly thin but comes across no issues reeling up even after being dragged on the ground. Great value in this and I can see myself not needing another for a long time!!

Garbage
Had high hopes for this 100 foot tape measure, which I needed to measure my large carpet in my living room. It is supposed to retract, but does not retract under any circumstances and does not even push in manually. Total waste of money!

I mean I guess it measures...
This measuring tape measures everything in feet and inches, so if you need to measure something that is 38", you'll have to do the calculation from 3' 2". It's fine when it's a smaller object, but this thing is 100' long. In addition, I thought it might hold its shape so you can measure something that is 100' long by yourself. But you will definitely always need a second person to use this one.I used to have a wonderful 100' measuring tape and I guess I didn't realize they could be so different.

Don't let go of the reel!
There is no stop to hold the tape. If you let go of the handle that winds it up, it will unravel itself inside the tape.

Picture is deceiving.
The picture clearly shows both mm and inches but when it arrived It only has inches, had to return.

After just a few months of use... it's almost garbage. To be fair I do work in concrete
