It’s a pretty little locket. I bought it as a gift for my daughter and didn’t open the package until the last minute. I was very disappointed to see that it doesn’t include a chain. But looking back, the listing never said it did. I just made an erroneous assumption.However, the listing does say it comes with a care guide. It doesn’t. What you see in the last picture is all I got. It also doesn’t resemble the pictures in the listing in that the left side is slightly squared off where the hinge is, but on the right side....nothing. No clasp, like it appears there is in the pictures. Consequently, no way to open the locket.I tried sticking my fingernail in the slit where the two halves come together. You can see in the picture the broken thumbnail I got as a result. I don’t want to use a pry tool, because an inner clasp becomes visible when you pry a little, and I don’t want to break that. So, what I’m left with is a chainless, instructionless locket that I can’t open. Not a great gift for my daughter.I really liked everything I read in the listing. It’s just too bad the reality of the product is that it’s useless as is.

Beautiful item but very easily broken.

The charm is very pretty. The cz's look like the real thing. I liked the size of the charm - nothing big/gaudy. My sister, as a new grandmother, wanted to wear something showing her new grandbaby; but wanted it to be something she could wear to her office and still look professional. She found it!

I was not very sure about this but it arrived and was beautiful. Even bought more expensive ones and this was the one I kept!!

The service I received from Amberta was excellent. When the product arrived I was more than happy. The locket is well finished to a high standard. I also purchased some charms to put inside, again, to say they were so small, they were well finished and look lovely in the locket. This size of locket (20mm) really does only hold about 3 or 4 (at a push) charms. If I had to do it again, I would probably buy the 25mm size. Having said that, I cannot fault my purchase so it's a big hats off to Amberta.

Bought as gift for Granddaughter but very disappointed that locket was completely plain, NOT as the photo I chose. There was no time to return/exchange or reorder another since it had to be posted abroad within a couple of days of receipt.

I'm so pleased with this little locket it's very well made not flimsy and looks lovely on cant wait for my little birth stones come to put on it unfortunately after wearing it for a week the glass fell out of both the back and the front I was so disappointed as I really loved it

This is a nice little silver love heart, not too much, very shiny and looks really pretty on my chain. I also wear it with other necklaces, it compliments them well.

No chain included as shown on pictures. Too small to hold a picture. Otherwise good quality.
