Disappointed
Unfortunately the matting had dirty marks on it when delivered also one of the cut edging was damaged by a cut into the matting,The amount of fibres that did and are still coming out of the matting is incredible every time I hoover the matting I have to unblock the tube, hose and clear the fibres from a clogged vacuum cleaner! Would not recommend this matting!

Check first before you buy
Reasonable product, couple of defects in the actual rug it’s self but it does the job.The delivery however was appalling, third time it arrived, very bad communication no explanation and an offer of ten pounds compensation that never materialised..... customer service zero I’m afraid

HUGE - big strong and long
So pleased I made this purchase it’s significantly wider than usual door mats so check size. I did and It’s perfect for outside my garden door. Very strong, heavy, little to no shedding. Looks like it will last for years. Also gets mud of shoes very nicely.

Losses the matting
Flooring direct refunded our money so thanks for sorting that out promptly.However the mat was poor quality in that the bristles are just not well stuck down. It loses bristles ending up with holes. I have bought a similar thing from a carpet shop subsequently and that was double the price but much better.

USELESS - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
What an absolute pile of cr* p. Scruffy mess.Please listen to the bad reviews, I didn't, and ended up with a mat that CONSTANTLY sheds. You will spend your life hoovering up. When it first arrived I though I might be a temporary issue, so I tried to take it outside to give it a good shake to see if that would get rid of the excess (it didnt). What it did do was rip. So that was fun.Their customer services is useless. They must be aware of the sublimely poor quality, and yet, still insisted on going through the motions like they would be surprised by the revelations from the photographs, and insisting on a collection to get a refund.SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.

Bought Feb Now Dec - Still shedding blocks hoover each use
Really bad quality..DO NOT BUY...Shedding everday even after time settling in. Has blocked and ruined my hoover!HOOVER EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR.DONT RISK IT!!!No point in writing to the company .***WASTE OF MONEY***DON'T WANT TO GIVE IT ANY STARS .. that and a complaint not an option.DOUBT THEY WILL POST THISSigned..a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer!
