Works really well for MAC-sized power eyeshadows or thinner, however, it is quite wide for each slot so they do roll around easily. You can stack a second tray on the first of the bottom layer has the same style packaging, which fits 2 layers perfectly in the smaller Alex nine drawers from IKEA with mac shadows. Colourpop shadows sorta fit, but it’s very tight and doesn’t go all the way to the bottom.

I now have several of these and will be buying more,, my husband hung them all on the wall for me and they fit my colourpop super shock shadows and jelly much shadows perfectly and makes it easy for me to see and use what I have and they don't get lost in a drawer!! I actually need a few more

I bought these based on other reviews showing Colourpop shadows comfortably ensconced.Maybe mine are slightly older packaging, or just general variation between lots, but almost all of my SuperShock eyeshadows were tight fits.Hopefully that gives you an idea for comparison if you have other similarly sized shadows.
