This was literally the only mobile phone my 90 year old gran could ever figure out how to use, so it must be good!

this phone is very easy to use for elderly or disabled people there are one or two drawbacks the phone cannot be plugged into the mains for charging as it does not have a mains adapter you can however use a computer to charge it up the instructions are very limited and basic having said that the phone works well and is worth the money.

This little flip phone is better than expected. The phone is easy to use. The battery lasts much longer than expected. On average I'd say around 5-7 days. The screen is clear and the volume is loud. A perfect phone for those who just want a phone to be a phone.

A simple easy to use old school phone thats easy to use. My only concern is its durability. Yes you get what you pay for but i cant see this lasting before it breaks.

bought this for my elderly mum and i was pleased at first, easy to use loud enough and the sos function was a great idea but sadly it lasted less than 3 months .and to make it worse i went on amazon to look for a new battery and the only one available had a picture of my mums phone underneath so i asumed it was for that but it wasnt .. more money wasted

I ordered this on behalf of my wife for her 87 year old mother, who is partially sighted and hard of hearing. Both my wife and her mother are pleased with the phone.It has large buttons and a decent size screen which makes it easy for my mother-in-law to use. It has two speed dial functions, again easy to use. If the buttons are used to dial a number, a voice says each number to confirm the correct key has been pressed.It has an SOS button and when this is pressed it sends a text and calls numbers the user has preset until someone answers.It’s unusual to find a flip-up phone these days and the advantage, in my mother-in-law’s case, is it feels like using a landline hand set.The phone is 2G and accepts any standard size SIM card and the signal reception for the provider we chose is very good. No internet connectivity is available.Voice volume and listening volume is very good.Ringing tones and notification tones are basic and limited but this can be a good thing when you think the target user is a person with limited cognitive and technical ability.Build quality is ok, but everything is is plastic so I suspect it won’t take any abuse. For this reason i have told mother-in-law to always keep the phone in its docking station.Be advised that the supplied items include a USB charging cable BUT NOT a USB charging plug. Luckily I had a spare to hand.

It is easy to use.Larger numbers easy to see without my glasses.I had a red one as its bright and can easy find in the handbagAlso has a torch.I did not want a smart phone just one that when out I could ring for a taxi. Let people know I am running late or phone friends. Its uncomplicated to use.I have one and my dear old Mum was impressed so bought her one as well.

L'ho preso per mio zio di 88 anni che non si trova tanto bene con i moderni smartphone e la tecnologia touch e al momento, dopo una settimana di utilizzo, mi sembra felice dell'utilizzo.Il telefono ha un display di discrete dimensioni e quindi di semplice utilizzo per le persone anziane, inoltre dispone di 2 tasti di selezione rapida e i pulsanti numerici ripetono vocalmente ogni numero premuto per conferma. E' dotato anche di un tasto di aiuto (SOS) configurabile in modo che partano SMS o chiamate verso i numeri di emergenza selezionati. Volume adeguato e funzioni basiche, viene fornito con un cavo di ricarica USB, non c'è la presa, ma potrete usarne una qualsiasi. Per il momento funziona bene, utilizzandolo poco, una ricarica ogni 4 giorni.

Leider kann ich persönlich keine Kaufempfehlung geben. Gehäuse knarzig und spröde, Menueführung nicht intuitiv, Software Bugs. Letzterer Mangel hat meinen Vater veranlasst, das Telefon nicht mehr zu benutzen: Es können Notfall-Telefonnummern angegeben werden, die über eine Schnellwahl verfügbar sind. Die Aktivierung dieses Feature hat dazu geführt, dass bei jedem Anruf ein Alarmton gestartet wurde, der nicht mehr abzustellen war.
