Did not work right out of the box
Never got to use the boat as it did not work out of the box. Let me say that I read the other reviews and sort of knew what I was getting into; however, I took a chance for $20 bucks in hopes of making my sons bath time a little more fun. Basically, I charged up the boat, dropped it in the water and the rudder would go side to side; however, the boat would not go forward rendering it completely useless. Bottom line: This is a cheap piece of Chinese crap; however, if your willing to take a chance and pay the $20 bucks you might get some use out of it if it works. Many reviews illustrate that it does work for some period of time. Good luck out there. Thanks.

Great little toy for the pond
This little boat has been fun to use in our backyard pond. My 2 boys purchased this with they're own money and are happy with their purchase. The boat is pretty simple (and fragile, so keep out of the hands of your two year old). The propeller operates both forwards and backwards and can be turned left or right. My boys can maneuver it up our little 1.5' wide stream, turn it around, and bring it back to the pond. the boat runs about 4-5 minutes on a full charge and takes 4-8 minutes to charge it back up again. That's a lot of back and forth, but really, what do you expect for 20 bucks? Overall a decent purchase. It is fragile though, I imagine it'll last a few months before an accident renders it unseaworthy.By the way, the instructions by themselves provide their own entertainment. What is an obvious translation mix-up has provided quite a bit of entertainment and laughter. I'll post a picture to the amazon site so others can enjoy. Here's an example of how to the instructions read to adjust the boat if it is veering to the left..."When the racing boat lean to left, you can adjust the emendation equipment on the rudder to the right (Figure A)" See, you can even expand your vocabulary with this purchase...I never even knew emendation was a word.A few more:"Caution No. 4: Please throw package in time to avoid danger for children""Caution No. 20: This toy not saves to living thing."There's an entire page full of more of the same.

Fun little boats
Fun boats to speed around the water. They are fast short time to recharge and easy to drive. Great buy!

Don't waste your money
Worked for ONE day then never again.Not sure what the issue is but after the first run in water, which worked great, they were dead and would not recharge.I assumed that I might be able to repair them but no such luck.

Very small item
Should have read dimensions. These were like 2". They would have got lost in the pool.

the kids had a good time with this toy. not to fast. but it was great for the small kids.i would buy from this company again
