Panache Women's High Impact Underwire Sports Bra

I GOT THEM HEAVY BOOBS, HEAVY BOOBS
Let me break down what I just saidEach of my double D's has the volume of a toddler's headNot bitchin' bout my boobies, they look superfly in shirtsBut if I swung them in your face, you'd be like, "Oh my God, that hurts!"Unlike Rachel Bloom, I'm actually a 36F, and this bra, you guys. It held me up through spin class where I go HARD. Totally worth it. I have the BIGGEST boobs - long and full - and it's incredible. (An incident that involved too much tequila, a double-dog dare, and a kitchen scale tells me they are 3.75 pounds each.) It's a nightmare shopping for sports bras that can take me through high impact. This one did the job perfectly.

Not quite what I was looking for
This bra has underwires, foam cups, padded straps, and a moderate number of hooks in the 32HH size I bought. I also bought a few other sizes to make sure I could find the one that fit the best. This one was the best fit, and I compared it to a Freya bra I have been using for years to see if I could tell a difference in bounce control or other comfort criteria. I came to the conclusion that they were roughly similar in bounce control for me, and I liked that the underwires were a bit narrower in this model than the Freya bra. I felt supported. Two things tipped me into the 'no' column for this model.1) I have forward shoulders, which makes my upper chest look 'hollow' and the top of the center front of this bra stands away from my sternum by a good half inch. This affects how my shirts lay over the bra. Being fair, the Freya also stands a bit away from the sternum, but not as much. If I work hard to throw my shoulders back, I can reduce the amount the bra stands away from my skin, but that is unnatural and isn't gonna happen in real life.2) The foam and material of this bra is overall much thicker than the Freya bra. To me, this translates to temperature while working out. I go for long bike rides in hot weather sometimes, and I want a bra that will be thin and allow the sweat to evaporate. I think the foam's thickness will inhibit that action, and be warmer overall.Other points I considered:* I really would like a seamless bra, the Freya has a horizontal seam across the cup that really looks kinda frumpy to me under a tee shirt. This bra looks seamless over most of the cup in the pictures, but that transition at the top from one fabric to the other comes with a raised line of stitching that definitely shows through an activewear tee--the texture, not the color.Considering that the bounce performance of both bras on my body was similar and I believe this bra will be hotter to wear, and there wasn't really any advantage in the seamlessness, I decided to stick with my Freya bras for now.I have used Panache bras in the past for everyday wear and I will be trying them again in that respect shortly. The narrower wires are a definite plus for my narrow band/large cup size.

Thank goodness for the new Latte color! Perfect everyday bra
I wear a 30FF-G in Panache and as such had gotten so uncomfortable and frustrated with all my bras other than this sports bra, which I had in a bright pink color. I'd started just wearing that one for everyday use as much as I could (as long as it wouldn't show) and decided I needed it in beige so I could wear it under all my everyday clothes. At the time that color didn't exist and I scoured the internet for another bra in my size with this level of support, coverage, and comfy padding. I came up with nothing. I got so excited when I looked on the Panache site and found that they were releasing this wired sports bra in Latte, and checked every bra seller (including Amazon) until I found it being sold. Latte is a great color for every day use - I tried it on under a white t-shirt and it didn't show at all because it's so covering and close enough to my skin color. From the pictures I was worried about the gray stripe along the straps and the Panache logo in the center, but these don't affect the (lack of) visibility of the bra under a shirt - the little gray strip is subtle and actually kind of pretty to me, and the Panache logo is a very light silver.Runs true to size for a Panache sports bra - I ordered my same size as the last one (30FF) and a 30G too and I think I like the fit of the 30FF still - the band is snug but I wouldn't want to go up a band size and risk it being loose at all. Having owned another of these for years, I can tell you they hold up and keep their shape and firmness, like, forever.

Best bra for ballet that I've found.
This bra works well for dance and sports. Only with it were lower profile for some leotards and didn't have seams on the cups that show through on leotards. Would prefer a sleeker look. Lots of fun colors, but never in my size. Expensive, but seem to last. Love the hook in the back that allows you to join the straps together--convenient for various leotard styles. I know it's designed for larger sizes, and I'm right in the crack between regular bras and fuller bras. Regular bras work fine for every day but rarely have the support I need for dance/sports, whereas fuller bras are designed for activity, but rarely come in a small enough sizes to work for me. So I wish they would engineer a bra with the in-between people in mind and offer it in C and B cups, but still have the solid shoulders and clasps one expects in a D, DD and up. Overall, I like the bra, but as I keep shrinking with more and more working out, I worry I won't be able to wear it much longer and will be back in the sizing crack again.

I really like this but need a hand to do up the clasp on the back which makes it racer back. And omg I got stuck in it after a particularly hard weights session this week! I was laughing so much trying to get the racer back clasp undone with visions of being stuck until my daughter got home from school π This gives really good support and is comfy, washes well and good coverage, I like the underwiring as otherwise can end up with a 'mono' boob π©

Fantastic support especially for the larger bust
Gives fantastic support for a large bust, especially when running. It comes up quite small round the back. I initially ordered the same bra from another seller in a 36F my normal size, but it was far too tight. Re-Ordered in a 38E and itβs a perfect fit. Order came before due date, so all in all a great buy.

Exercising with confidence
Love this bra and love the price! Would definitely buy again and in other colours. Ventured online after trying 4 bras in M&S and finding that none of them fit! I almost bought a bigger size but thankfully went with my true size and it was a great fit!It makes my boobs look great and doesn't have the effect of crushing my boobs like some sports bras do. I even wear it as an everyday bra sometimes.

Not suitable as a sports bra if you are over a F cup I would say
After much experimentation with sizes this one fitted. However it was totally unsupportive. I would just go for your regular bra size and see how that goes. Its tricky to get on anyway. Nice looking bra and as lots of people say - avoids the dreaded monoboob but frankly I would settle for the monoboob if the actual bra was supportive enough

Slightly padded but don't let this put you off.
Good sports bra. Slightly boosts my already large bosom but not too comedic. Holds everything where it should be even with high impact aerobics. I'm personally not keen on the hook at the back to make it a cross type but you don't have to use this feature and it is quite easy to clip or unclip the crossed straps.
