I bought this sauce for making curry wurst after it was recommended to me by a cook in a great Pub I visited while on vacation in Germany. I had tried making it myself using ingredients available at my local supermarket, only to be disappointed over and over and over again.I now use this sauce and only this sauce. I usually use both in separate bowls so people can have a choice about the spice level. Although if I am cooking for myself I like to mix them together at about 2 parts hot to 1 part mild. Then I pour the sauce into a glass bowl and put the bowl into a crock pot with some water. Everything gets nicely warmed and delicious.If you buy this sauce for curry wurst, you will never be disappointed with the results. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for authentic German flavor.

My husband lived in Germany for a few years and has often talked about Curry Ketchup. We bought the Extra Hot at a nearby restaurant, but Extra Hot was the only kind they had. I wish there was more of a flavor difference between the Mild and Hot, though. The Hot seems to be only slightly spicier than the Mild, while the Extra Hot is much more spicier than the Hot. Overall, I love the flavors and I want to eat it with everything. lol
