This does not plug into the John Deere factory wiring harness on a F510 and I'm sure it is the same on many other JD models. If you want to use this switch, you will have need a wiring diagram and to change the termination of the factory harness to work with this switch. I haven't actually used this switch with power, but just the movement of the switch feels cheap, stiff and gritty. This is a $4 product that requires rewiring your tractor. Save your $20.

Worked with John Deere 345 with a little modification. Prefer this type switch to the original on this tractor.

I'm sure the switch is fine but it did not come with anything other than the switch no info on how to install the is an updated switch and needs to be rewired to work not plug and play

Lasted only part of the season before the switch failed to activate the Mower Clutch. The original John Deere switch lasted over 25 yrs. Not sure how they qualified the MTBF on these switches based on the high cycle claim. Could be just poor assembly and that's the one I got.

This switch was a perfect fit for my late 1990's LX188, and solved my problem of PTO/blade not engaging.

Exact fit and easy install for an LX188 John Deere. Nice price.

Works as should I had older style but modified place of placement was all I had to do took 5 minutes to modify it's mounting and satisfied customer here
