So far so good
Tried various cup etc for my mum who has dementia, and so far so good. She liked the grip and finds the straw easy to suck.

Good value
Purchased to keep drinks cool on an all inclusive holiday and these worked really well. The differing lids and cup bands were handy to identify drinks by the pool!Would not recommend for hot drinks.

Ideal if paired with silicone straws
I have problems with knocking drinks over due to disability, and also need to measure how much I drink during the day. These cups hold exactly 500ml, despite looking smaller, and are so easy to use. They can't break if knocked over, the silicone cover makes them comfortable to hold, and the lid is very easy to put on, yet stays on. This means I can drink while lying in bed, with the cup at an odd angle, and not get drenched. The straws provided are metal, which isn't safe to use if you're disabled, so I used silicone straws I bought previously. They fit in absolutely fine, as silicone is stretchy, and it should take any kind of straw, including plastic and paper.Obviously don't use these with hot drinks, the metal will get hot, but if you want them with cold or warm drinks, the silicone stays at room temperature, which is nicer to hold. I really like that you can feel the temperature of the drink through the steel while you're filling the tumbler, so it's much easier to get the temperature right. The bright colours also help if you have trouble with depth perception, which we think is a reason why I keep knocking drinks over. You can't miss these, even with peripheral vision issues. They're fairly easy to wash, and are fine in the dishwasher as well. I find that if I'm washing them by hand, the lids need more careful scrubbing as otherwise they can get black appearing in the crevices, but this doesn't happen if I'm washing them in the dishwasher. The silicone is nice and thick. Before I was using stretchy cup covers, which were a nightmare to put on, necessitating a lot of drying both the glass and the cover, and eventually tore. These are much better, and I'm dead pleased with them.I'm sure they'd be useful for children as well. One thing I like is that they're colourful and cheery, which makes a change from the usual drab disability equipment, but I don't feel like I'm using children's equipment, unlike with sippy cups and the like.I've now had them for months, and have knocked them over plenty of times. The other day I knocked a full tumbler from a bedside table to the floor. That spilled. But most of the time there's no spill, or a very small one. They're less likely to get knocked over when full, because of the weight.

Didn’t receive full product.
Didn’t receive straws or straw cleaners. Cups and lids with straw holes only. Waste of an order. Will be returning.

At last the perfect mug.
I am now paraplegic and need to increase my fluid. These mugs hold a generous amount of fluid. Easy to hold clean etc. Well worth the money. Bought silicone straw tips and it’s bought the straws into use.

Perfect For Taking on Holiday.
With covid the thought of going to an all inclusive and using the hotels drinking cups that hundreds of others have used with potentially not being washed properly didn't sound too appealing. We got these to take and they were perfect, hotel didn't have a problem filling them instead of their own and it kept the drinks cool.We didn't use them for hot drinks only cold.

Great for camping
I bought them so we could put hot and cold drinks in them without having to worry about spillages and insects, they seem to tick all the boxes. I put them in the dishwasher and they’ve come out fine

No straws or brushes!
We ordered this three times, and none of the packages included straws or brushes. After the third attempt, we just gave up and bought some straws elsewhere - and returned the other two packages.OK ish cups, nothing special - and bring your own straws!
