Spinosina pasta is long and thin, with a similar shape as angel hair pasta. Spinosi makes their Spinosina al Tartufo with durum wheat semolina, whole fresh eggs, black truffle (3.7%), and aroma. It’s lovely when served simply with a drizzle of truffle oil and freshly grated cheese. Alternately, it can be served with a butter cream sauce made with mushrooms or Parmesan.
