First LiteTag Cuff Merino Wool Beanie - Warm Camo Hunting Hat

It’s costly for a headcover but like most things you get what you pay for. This has become a favorite piece of equipment. It’s for frosty cold Fall hikes and into the winter. Excellent at wind blocking; good and heavy weight wool so on those tough uphills when you’re pumping out heat you’ll have to put the cover in you’re pocket. It’s awesome comfortable and looks great. It’s nice and tight too and won’t easily come off while you’re sleeping.

Seems well made. It’s very light. Haven’t had a chance to use it in really cold temps but I would guess it’s too thin to work well in sub freezing temps.

This benie is super soft, comfortable and warm. The merino wool is amazing stuff and first lite is a great compan.
