Seems like a good supplement.
I have been taking DIM for a while now. I decided to try this brand since it was a higher mg and I am getting more supplements for my money. So far they seem to be working great. My husband and I take them to help balance our hormones. He doesn't have any problems, but we don't want him to get any. I am going through menopause and besides some weight gain, I have had no other symptoms. I have never had a hot flash, I don't have mood swings, I really don't have any complaints. A friend advised I tried DIM a few years back when I started this menopausal journey. While I can't say for sure this is why I don't have symptoms, I can tell you it is the one supplement I have taken without fail the entire time.

These pills legit saved my body
One of the best purchases I've made so far. Had problems losing weight after 2 pregnancies back to back. Pretty sure I had PCOS too, period irregular, painful, and dark brown like chocolate. The first cycle I had after taking these was amazing. Crazy to say A period was amazing but it was. I have more energy, better mood, more active!!! I do not exaggerate when I say these saved me!!! I'm A mom of 5 that is thankful I purchased these on a whim. Lol I feel like a woman again!

Effective
I’m using it as a estrogen blocker and the dosage seems to be very effective. I take it twice a day, I’ll recommend it to men who are gaining fat around the chest and hips.
